I don't know what I can say. Believe that we were so lucky that Mrs. Cloe took our reservation in the middle of this outbreak CORONAVIRUS. This hotel is really gorgeous. We felt enchanted of this place with all the special care of the host Cloe. Omg this lady is really amazing she went beyond her job made us feel as we were home. She was full surprised I mean a lot nice details eg. She prepare our breakfast at the light of the candles very romantic yeah beside to be very informative with reference with places we can buy food and which could be close. She really made us feel comfortable at Almondy Inn bnb.I don't have a words to express our satisfaction. Thank you so much Mrs. Cloe God blessed you. Sincerely, David & Lourdes 04/09-10/20

Property's Favorite Review
We were lucky enough to be treated to a Newport weekend by dear friends who wisely picked the Almondy Inn for our stay! The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the restaurants, shops, etc. We were in the Captains Quarters, a HUGE, well appointed luxury suite! Definitely check out the room pictures on the Almondy web site! The views were magnificent! The harbour...sunset...just wonderful! The best little jewel, however, is Claudette, the Inn Keeper! She has been there 19 years and is well suited for her job! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and a wonderful cook! Between Claudette and her young helper, we felt like kings and queens! The breakfasts in the dining room were top-notch! We also met some other wonderful guests while dining! The nightly chocolate chip cookies didn't hurt either! Highly recommend this B&B and hope to stay there again!!!

Okay, so it's cold and some of the mansions are closed, but off-season is fabulous in Newport. It's quieter, you are more likely to get private tours, and you get great breaks on the cost of top-rate B&Bs, like the Almondy Inn. Just steps away from great restaurants and nestled in the historic gas-lit area it is super-convenient... and luxurious. Attention to detail and extra perks really make this a special stay: hosted wine and cheese at 5, full breakfas with real candles on the table, and a fireplace on demand. Try mid-week off-season and enjoy!
