My fiancee and I had an incredible stay in Newport thanks to the Admiral Sims' House. Everything you could possibly want to see it's close by. Sometimes we walked downtown and others we grabbed a quick Uber to local restaurants. They offered contact-less check-in and checkout. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Space was great, really comfortable for 3 adults and great location. Apartment was very clean and had everything you would need for a long weekend plus. Would definitely book here again. Very available and easy to contact hosts.

My husband, our dog, and parents came for a trip to Newport in June. We were absolutely in love with the area and our homes were awesome. My husband and I stayed in the apartment on Mill Street and my parents stayed on Catherine Street in the B&B. We have nothing to say but wonderful things! The hosts are so accommodating, friendly, and so helpful!! They made our stay amazing. The homes are beautiful, well maintained, and clean. The house on Mill Street was steps away from the shops and restaurants on Thames Street, the wharfs, Broadway, and Bellevue Avenue. The Catherine Street location is steps away from Bellevue, The Cliff Walk, and mansions. We pretty much walked everywhere, minus a few places. These homes are dog friendly, which is the absolute best!! We travel a lot for fun and never leave without or beloved dogs, so finding wonderful housing that allows them, is a plus. We traveled during Covid-19, so it was an initial concern if anything would be open, and how safe it would be. We had no concerns during our entire 2 week stay. People wore masks, all precautions were taken, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay! We never wanted to leave. When we return, we will definitely stay here again. I could not be more thankful for having chosen these hosts for our stay!! Truly wonderful!!!

Couldn't recommend this property more. Apartment was bigger than expected, in an amazing location, so clean, and was simply care free. The best way to spend a vacation away. The host was also so nice, so quick to respond, and made everything so simple. A++
