My husband and I have stayed at the Spring Seasons Inn several times over the last few years. The Inn is beautifully appointed and so comfortable! Christmas decorations adorned each room. Hosts Bill and Susan are the best! Friendly, informative and truly the epitome of Hospitality. Hot breakfast was delicious and Afternoon Tea with Susan's secret recipe scones was lovely!...

We couldn't have had a better stay. We had a big beautiful suite with a jacuzzi, on a charming old street an easy walk from restaurants and shops. There's convenient off street parking, too. Next time we're in Newport, we'll be staying at the Spring Seasons again.

Susan was an excellent host and a wonderful cook! We were greeted with warmth and provided all the amenities we needed and more. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Everything is a short walk, food, the wharfs, and the main shopping streets. We drove to the Cliff Walk and Mansions, but they are accessible by foot. We had such...

My wife and I spent 2 days in Newport and stayed in the Newport Suite, the third (top) floor at Spring Seasons. It is a light filled attic/loft with exposed wooden beams and brick fireplace stacks. No fireplace itself on this floor but a nice faux fire stove which came in handy at night to warm the room a bit...

My husband and I decided to spend our anniversary weekend in Newport, and this lovely inn came up in our search for accommodations in the downtown area. Bill and Susan were very gracious hosts, giving us maps and suggestions on where to go during our stay. They also prepared a very nice breakfast each morning - just what we needed...

We stayed at Spring Seasons Inn and Tea Room for a long holiday weekend with our friends. The location is convenient to restaurants, shopping and the mansions. The room and breakfasts exceeded our expectations. Room was exceptionally large, quiet and comfortable. We also enjoyed tea one afternoon. We had the Newport Suite on the top floor- very large and nicely furnished, includes a living room area, bedroom area and a giant well-appointed bathroom with jacuzzi. King bed was very comfortable for us. The house is attractive and well-kept, just a very short stroll from all the restaurants, shops and wharf area. Bill and Susan were excellent hosts,...

For our visit to Newport, we chose Spring Seasons Inn primarily for location and price. What we did not realize was how much more we would get: a warm welcome, a lovely room, attentive service, and excellent breakfasts each morning. Comparing our experience there with friends who chose nearby hotels, we felt that we came out way ahead, with an...

Spent 3 nights in the Victoria's room on 1st floor. Even though the room is facing the street was not bothered by any street noise. Comfortable bed & good pillows. Liked that an extra blanket was in the room if needed. Good sized bathroom - good shower pressure. Breakfast was wonderful. Started with fresh fruit, then muffins, or scones. Main...
