We were in town for the Classic Music Festival and enjoyed the beautiful "Victoria Room," on the first floor of this quaint Inn. Full bath and bedroom were nicely decorated and clean. Full daily breakfast was delicious and inviting each morning. The location and parking made it very convenient to town, shopping and restaurants.

Susan and Bill were welcoming and informative innkeepers. The first floor room was comfortable and clean with a refrigerator and electric fireplace and an armoire for hanging clothes. The bath was huge, with a jacuzzi tub, and well stocked with thick turkish cotton towels. The Breakfasts were filling and delicious. Susan was able to provide an alternate breakfast to accomodate... We were in town for a wedding in Newport and wanted to stay in a B&B instead of a large chain hotel. The Spring Seasons Inn was perfect for what we wanted. The Inn is conveniently located a few minutes' walk from the harbor but manages to feel removed from the touristy area. The Inn offers free parking in a... More

Spring Seasons was a lovely spot for Sunday afternoon tea, nestled in the center of Newport. We sat in the cozy living room to avoid rain, but there was also an outdoor patio that would have been great on a sunny day. There were dozens of teas to choose from—even a few specials that were iced! We also got to... More

The Spring Seasons Inn provided the perfect accommodations for our romantic getaway. Susan and Bill (innkeepers) were very welcoming and full of restaurant and attraction recommendations. Breakfasts were delicious and included a fruit salad, muffin or scone, tea/coffee and juice and a hot prepared dish. We stayed in the Newport Suite, what seams to be a converted attic encompassing the... More

We really enjoyed our stay, in town for a wedding event. It was the perfect escape from a busy tourist town, yet a very convenient location. The inn itself is very charming and the owners very helpful and caring.

We had the Venice room on the main level, and everything was better than we expected. The room was lovely and large, had a convenient mini-fridge, and breakfast each morning was lovely. Newport is not a cheap place to be, but this was reasonable and within walking distance of everything.

Gracious hostess, great location and wonderful accommodations. My first time back to Newport since attending OCS in 1967. Sue was very helpful in recommending restaurants and outings. Our suite on the top floor could not have been better.

Located only a block away from the seafront, this B&B has everything the Newport visitor could want. You can walk to the shopping district and a variety of excellent restaurants. The accommodations are cozy, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is ample and delicious. The owner is knowledge and helpful. And the price is right. A fine inn.

The high tea was delicious, the tea was freshly brewed and the tea sandwiches and sweets were so good, especially the scones & cream. The service was excellent. The one thing I really loved is we got to pick out our own tea cup to drink from. It was fun !
