My friend and I had a wonderful girlfriend getaway in Newport. We were very much at home at America’s Cup Inn. Our room was like being at a family member’s quest room, breakfast was amazing. Loved the silverware and china. Staff very kind and helpful. Will return. Loved it

Great experience at this old inn. The breakfast was so extensive that it was hard to choose what to eat. The location was great and very charming part of Newport. The street was very narrow and the parking across the street but overall a wonderful experience

Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good. Buffet style. Toast your own breads. Fruit, sweet breads, coffee-tea. Location perfect for shopping and all things tourist! Rooms old but that's the look that matches the building. A little pricey but to be expected with the location.

The Inn was in a good location, but the front desk staff was pretty clueless as to Newport and things to do. Also, somehow we were 'upgraded' to the basement apartment. Yuck! Was not happy, but fine for the night.

From the moment we entered this quaint inn we felt welcomed. Eduardo checked us in and David advised us on the best sites to see. Our rooms were large, clean and a little dated. There was an afternoon tea and a wonderful breakfast. We would love to visit again.

My first stay and ACI, wife's second. Four level Hotel/B&B in a great location with easy walk to shopping, dining and waterfront. There is no elevator which there website does advise you of. Accommodations were fine but bathroom very tiny and tight. Does have mini-fridge which is convenient. Prices were average for this time of year. You do have to... More

Comfortable beds, breakfast was very surprising; Eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, waffles, pancakes, French Toast, Again too many to list.. Rooms are small, but had everything you would... More

The America's Cup Inn, in Newport RI, has a number of commendable features! 1. The location of the hotel couldn't be better. It's on the corner of Thames Street (the town's main thoroughfare and shopping street) and Mary Street; the entrance to the hotel is in Mary Street. 2. There' a carpark almost directly opposite the hotel entrance in Mary... More

We have been crossing the US for the last 3 weeks and this was the cherry on top! Just amazing! The front desk team (Esteban – you are great! Best guide tour in Newport), the rooms were nice, clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing and in a very old style dining room. …if we would only have the chance... More
