Perfect place to have a girls getaway weekend (or a romantic weekend) conveniently located close to Bellevue and the mansions and all the food and shops on Spring and Thames. The Inn was cozy and quaint with an inviting sitting room that had a stash of fresh made cookies and hot water for tea or hot chocolate. The rooms were...

My wife and I recently stayed at the Victorian Ladies Inn to celebrate our 40th anniversary. We stayed in the Alfred room which was perfect for our second honeymoon. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were amazing. Our favorite was the Eggs Newport, although the stuffed french toast and the herbed omelet were also delicious....

This absolutely charming B&B is just up the street from Cliff Walk and an easy walking distance to the water front shops and restaurants on Thames as well. The rooms are very comfortable, the staff is fantastic and the breakfast every day is amazing. Seriously, this is the best breakfast selection I have ever seen at a B&B. Afternoon tea...

The room was quaint and comfortable with a gas fireplace that knocked off the chill after a rainy and chilly day. Our room was up a flight of stairs and quite difficult to maneuver with luggage. (Be sure and ask where your room is and be prepared for stairs.). The property grounds are beautiful! The breakfast was wonderful with fresh...

Great place for location as everything in town is within walking distance. However the B&B is on a busy road and our room was near the front - thank goodness for ear plugs! Good advice on places to eat and visit. Breakfast was very good, although 2nd day we had to wait almost an hour for our hot food!

Great location, within walking distance to points of interest in Newport. Were given most informative talk by Cindy who pointed out all the "things to see and do" in Newport. Decor beautiful! Breakfasts really tasty - highly recommend the French Toast. Overall a great place to stay!

I'll save you some time and say if you love crab, get the Eggs Newport for breakfast. This is a delightful place to stay. Very convenient to the Cliff Walk and the wharf. The rooms are well appointed and the staff make you feel like you're part of the family.

Coveniently located near Cliff Walk and Intl Tennis Hall of Fame. Away from the downtown harbor crowds but it is a quick drive away. Property well maintained and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were a treat. Recommended highly

We booked this bed and breakfast based on the location, availability, and price. We've stayed in our share of bed and breakfasts, but we would likely not stay here again. Positives: Flexibility in check-in time Walking distance to the beach Cookies/tea/coffee available almost all hours. Yum! Staff was knowledgeable and helpful in recommendations for places to eat. Excellent price compared...
