My husband and I celebrated our 32nd anniversary and enjoyed everything about our stay. For starters everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful with a gorgeous water view, a well stocked bar and even fresh baked cookies! We had dinner at The Grill restaurant and it was out of this world! I had the filet cooked to perfection and my husband’s tuna was so fresh and delicious. We finished with creme brûlée and a chocolate ganache s’mores cake that did not disappoint! Bravo to the very talented chef! We will definitely visit again and will highly recommend to our friends !

This lovely hotel is in the center of Newport’s waterfront, giving you easy access to shops, restaurants & entertainment. The fabulous staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel is beautifully kept and the rooms are comfy with touches of luxury throughout. I love their loaner bicycles. It’s a great way to get away from the hustle and bustle to explore greater Newport. Although, I find we spend most of our time on property, taking in the views of the harbor, while enjoying a deliciously prepared meal or sipping on a glass of champagne. Visiting Forty One North has become a birthday tradition for for my SO and I look forward to staying there again soon.

Extraordinarily expensive for what was provided. Room was new, but things were broken. Staff were friendly and available, but not well trained, eg never given a tour of the room's features. Lots of extra charges. Noisy. In general, solid place in a great location, if the price was 1/3 of what was charged. For this high a price, everything should be absolutely top notch - facility, staffing, etc.

What a great resort! The room was well appointed and we enjoyed a great water view. It was my wife's "birthday weekend" and we enjoyed everything 41 North had to offer! The food was great and location and resort was great but THE STAFF was awesome. so accommodating and really made us feel welcome. Yes it was more $$$ than other places but it WAS WORTH every $$$! We even took the bikes to ocean drive! We will return for sure!

We stayed at this hotel this past weekend and have nothing but good things to say. We liked the room we were given but it was about 76 degrees for most of the night. When we mentioned it to the front desk, they said they would work on it but when they couldn't fix it, they moved us to a larger room with a water view and treated us to an afternoon charcuterie board. We had dinner at the hotel one night and it was delicious; bartender was also very good. The hotel is pricey so not a place we will stay often but the staff was friendly and service top notch. Also, has great waterviews.

We took a girls' trip to Newport in November and stayed here. We loved the stunning rooms, the restaurant and lobby area and the views. It is a true treasure. When I return to Newport I will stay here again. We just loved it. And it is a great location. We walked some many places from the hotel.

This is our go-to hotel when we come to Newport. It’s a terrific location. The views are great, the rooms are very comfortable and the service is first class. We’ve tried other hotels but this is the right home away from home. I can recommend it to all my friends.

We stayed for my wife's 40th birthday, great time and plan to stay again sometime soon! The rooms were clean, and surprisingly quiet for being above a bar/restaurant. The staff was over the top friendly and attentive and we couldn't have asked for more, thank you all and we plan to stay with you again!!
