We a retired couple, recently stayed in one of the larger rooms. Linda, our inn housekeeper was very helpful on our tour. House is very clean, room was just right for our quick stay. Never shared a bathroom before, but it was safe and clean. Shower is huge and commode is private and door locks for privacy. It was quiet....

The perfect place to stay for independent types on a budget. It's super-affordable, and after a short tour of the house, you're left to your own devices. You can come and go as you please, and the neighborhood isn't lacking in useful services and places to eat. A handful of guest rooms means the place is rarely crowded, if ever....

I was able to take a tour of the guesthouse before booking and the first thing I noticed is how immaculate everything is. The building is old and could use some work here and there, but every part of the house is kept clean and tidy. The hosts, Linda and Nika, are extremely friendly and made sure we had everything...

Dear Linda & Nika, Thank you so much for your gracious hospitality on my stay at Moreland. Both of you were so considerate by helping me make the best of my limited time to understand more about Buffalo and provided a lot of help and great advise. I will for sure to continue to stay in your Moreland house whenever...

I've stayed at the Moreland twice and both times Linda never fails to disappoint. It's very affordable, clean rooms, 1.5 bathrooms which are both cleaned daily. Small balcony on the second floor. FREE WIFI. The Moreland was once a convent I believe, so a lot of rooms are shared, there's a living room, dining room area, kitchen and pool room....

I stayed here for a week while on business and really enjoyed it! The exterior doesn't do justice for the interior. I was nicely surprised when Linda gave me a tour before reserving. I am very selective about where I sleep if I need an accommodation and this was a sweet surprise. The bathroom for me determines cleanliness of a...

Due to my work schedule I needed a place around Buffalo for a couple of weeks and I was looking for somewhere affordable even for a longer duration, clean and in a good neighborhood. I found Moreland on Craigslist. I have started staying (and I still do) at Moreland approximately since October 2013. First thing you'll notice is cleanliness, secondly...

I recently stayed at the Moreland guest house on a visit from Washington DC. The setting is an old nuns convent located in Buffalo,NY. I was greeted immediately by a smiling face named Linda. She is the property manager. I had a late checkin, but Linda waited for me and greeted me at the door. There is plenty of parking...
