My husband and I had an overnight stay in Buffalo on our way to Pittsburgh and found Parkside House online. The reviews were excellent and they were absolutely spot-on. Chris was the perfect host and an excellent chef! The accommodations were beautiful, clean and comfortable. Looking forward to our next stay at Parkside House! Thanks for the hospitality!!

A vintage residence near the lovely Delaware Park and near the Martin House, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. Proprietor Chris is very welcoming and makes an excellent breakfast. Rooms are large, clean and welcoming. We would highly recommend.

I stayed with my fiance and the room was clean and very comfortable. The owner is great and made a delicious breakfast for us. I would recommend staying here to anyone I know and I do plan on returning. 5 stars all the way.

We chose this B & B because it is close to our daughter's new apartment. We used to stay at an inn closer to Elmwood and were sad not to return. This sadness did not last long because we were simply thrilled with everything about our new "go to" in Buffalo. We were greeted by Bonnie who was filling in...

We could not have asked for a better experience at The Parkside House. The elegant home is situated in a lovely historic neighborhood within an easy walk of Frank Lloyd Wright's Darwin Martin Complex, and the Buffalo Zoo. In addition to being a warm and gracious host, Chris is a very accomplished cook. All four of the breakfasts we were...

I came with two friends while visiting another friend who was being treated at Roswell Cancer Center. The stay at Parkside House was perfect and a delightful and rejuvenating retreat! Everything Chris did was perfection itself --the beautiful and comfortable rooms, the quiet and peaceful house, the scrumptious breakfast! Thank you!!!

We love staying in B&Bs because the hosts and guests are interesting and add to the home away from home experience. Parkside House was no exception - Chris, our stellar host, provides a beautiful ambience in a beautiful home with its perfect location to many of the sites which might draw visitors to Buffalo - Frank L. Wright's Martin House...

We are local Buffalonians, so to find such a wonderful place in our own backyard was a treat! A home away from home, we spent two days here celebrating our anniversary. Chris is delightful and greeted us immediately with bright eyes and a happy smile! The room was perfect, with a beautifully tiled stand up shower and plenty of charm....
