Chris was a wonderful host and very helpful with our booking process, which we were trying to do on the road. The house is beautiful and our room (The Jewett room) was clean, beautiful, and comfortable, and had a huge bathroom with a gorgeous clawfoot tub. Chris gave us the house code so we could get in when we arrived,... More

This is our favorite accommodation yet in Buffalo and we will definitely stay here again. This beautiful historic home has been renovated with loving attention to detail, and is very comfortable. It's actually a duplex, and I was a little concerned about noise but it was very quiet. We slept very well during our stay. The owner of the B&B... More

Parkside House is located in a beautiful neighborhood, close to the zoo and parks but not too far from major highways. There was also a wide choice of restaurants within walking distance. Host Chris was welcoming and accommodating. Our room was well-appointed, the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was spectacular and plentiful. If you are looking for a Buffalo B&B, Parkside... Parkside is a welcoming B&B. The rooms are comfortable and CLEAN. I have been traveling to Buffalo for 2 years and I have only stayed at Parkside B&B. The owners treat me like family. They always make sure I had something to eat for dinner. DON'T STAY AT A HOTEL IF YOU ARE IN THE BUFFALO MARKET FOR PLEASURE OR... More

You know you have set your daughter on the Right Path when you enquire about accommodations in the city where she is going to college and she steers you away from the Days Inn and towards the hospitality equivalent of the Koh-I-Noor diamond... After a bit of phone tagging with Our Host, Chris (and some absolutely delightful little chats), we... More

The owner was very friendly and accomodating and a great cook. No packaged cereal here but delicious breakfast with fresh ingredients and lots of fruit. Very clean and beautiful home and grounds on a quiet street. The easy entry locks allowed us to come and go as we pleased. No detail was left out. Especially liked sitting on large porch... More

My wife and I stayed at The Parkside House on a recommendation from a friend who grew up in Buffalo. He was absolutely correct and we would recommend it to anyone staying in the area. The owner Chris was very nice and accommodating. He even got up early the morning of our departure to make sure we had an amazing... More

I travel every week – and needed a lodging for a recent work assignment in the Amherst/Buffalo, New York area. Little did I know that I would be fortunate to have the major hotel chains overbooked and overpriced. I searched for lodging and found the Parkside House. This B&B is nestled in the Parkside neighborhood within walking distance to Delaware... More

I spent three nights at The Parkside House and recommend it highly. It exceeded my expectations . The house is wonderfully appointed and the Woodward room, where I stayed, is just beautiful .
