Excellent butler service, as they were incredibly in every manner. Very accommodating to every guest. Excellent location and appreciated the ride service within 2.9 miles, which was perfect for the area. Enjoyed the room. Would return and stay there again.

Our family, in town for a wedding, filled 5 rooms on the 4th floor for 3 nights. We were all delighted with our accommodations and the experience. One step inside the front door and you know you're someplace cool. Our schedule did not allow us to enjoy the Happy Hours but we did have a nightcap and play pool one night. We were driven to our nearby events by Maren, who could not have been sweeter. The front desk butler Chris, aka waiter, aka driver, etc was always helpful and gracious. On the morning of checkout, a man grabbed our two large suitcases and carried them to the parking lot for us. As I tried to slip him a gratuity, he declined explaining he co-owns The Mansion. The owner carried our luggage - does that say enough about what a great place this is?

I took my granddaughter to see Frozen at Sheas this weekend for her 6th birthday. We stayed at The Mansion on Delaware. It is an cute little Bed and Breakfast in Buffalo, NY. I travel frequently, both for work and for pleasure and I was completely blown away by the service at The Mansion. Everyone was warm and attentive; going out of their way to make the weekend special for us. I would like to especially mention Melissa, Desiree and Ryan who treated us like visiting family the entire time. From the special birthday card and cake in the room, to driving us wherever we needed to go - I cannot say enough about the extra comfort they provided during our trip. Hi

This is a redone mansion so the rooms are not huge and the building has many architectural features making it a really nice, different hotel stay in the city. It is not huge but it is super comfortable with a bar and lounge that feels cool, elegant, and comfy too. The staff is WONDERFUL. Many shared their favorite inside Buffalo tips with us of best tourist attractions and where to eat near there or what not to miss of the exhibit. The service was just wonderful and we had breakfast every morning which was really terrific. A special shoutout to Butler Ryan who worked really hard lifting our college bound suitcases and sharing stories about the history of the Mansion and area.

My husband and I stayed here overnight while traveling to Massachusetts. The building is beautiful and the work done to maintain the mansion is clearly visible. We had a standard queen room and the room was spacious, although the bed seemed a bit smaller than our queen bed at home. However the size of the bed did not impact the sleep quality of the room. Good water pressure, nice bath amenities and soft towels were a big plus. We availed ourselves of the "happy hour" and chatted with two of the "butlers" who run the hotel and enjoyed a complementary cocktail and a glass of whine. For breakfast we were offered two options - Greek Yoghurt with muesli or a breakfast sandwich. We took the sandwich which was good and got us on the road. The location has some beautiful homes nearby (was once Millionaire's Row) and after dinner we spent time stretching our legs and enjoying the warm evening and interesting architecture. I would definitely recommend this b&b.
