this campground hasnt changed in 2 years. The camp sites are still uneven and mud holes. The little bit of grass was full of leaves and twigs. We were parked so tight against a tree and other camper unable to use our camper grill. The yellow jackets were thick. I am choosing a different campground next time.

Absolute worst campground and customer service ever! Booked a site for 32 foot camper and the spot was too small, they told us we should have known that you need to add 4 ft to your camper size! what?!!!? Then they wanted us to camp in a muddy hole! We understand they can not control the rain but it was... More

We stay at a lot of RV campgrounds, but this one was a bit below average. We did get a full 50 amp hookup and the staff did guide us to our spot. However, we didn't find the staff to be particularly friendly and the RVs were crammed together very tightly. We were also very alert for the yellow jacket... More

Came to Medora for a quick weekend trip. The site for our tent was fine. The staff was dirty, the store smelled rotten, and the toilets we're constantly overflowing! The bathroom was terribly dirty, showers full of hair and very unclean, not to mention the dirty toilet water that was flowing all over he floor. Supplies were never filled, even... More

Great campground and super friendly owners / staff. They helped guide us into our spot even in the rain! Will be staying here again for sure. Nice clean well organized campground. We camped here in a 40 foot fifth wheel with 3 slides and had plenty of room in our site.

Cable is $2 extra. Sites were almost level. Nice long pull thru. Easy access to Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Liked the trees but a little tight for big rigs. Pleasant hosts. Hookup posts could use some updating. Served us well for an overnight & a quick national park visit.

The park was full (crowded) and we got a site next to someone's house adjacent to the crowded RV park. There were three other RVs parked in a mowed field area. We had a 50 amp hook up and were happy with the set up. No wifi since we were offsite. MEdora is cute.

There's only 2 campgrounds with full hookups. Although the Red Trail Campground is family run, they don't maintain the campground very well. We stayed here 2 nights. My husband used the men's restroom/shower. The disabled shower: the shower head was no good; he had to quickly gather his belongings and move to another shower. He noticed that the showers weren't... We spent two nights here while visiting Medora and Roosevelt National Park. We did not have reservations, and when I called ahead the lady was very nice and helpful. After arriving her husband showed us to our site, and helped me back in. This is not a resort, it is a campground, and the family does their best to make... More

We stayed here two nights while visiting Theodore Roosevelt National Park. The store is convenient and well stocked. You can walk to the downtown area of Medora easily. Full service hookups. Some spaces are a touch tight but not that bad. The second night out cable TV quit working. There was a storm that night. Not sure why but had... More
