We didn't know what to expect from this hotel as this was our first stay and first visit to Arizona. As another reviewer wrote, we also used this hotel as home base for day trips to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. We had two adjoining rooms (two queen beds in each room), which was a huge convenience. The rooms were very well decorated/updated, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Customer service was top notch (all the folks at the front desk); practically no wait time when ordering room service; easy check-in and check-out; and they bascially try and accommodate whatever you need. They even called us when one of the rooms was ready (which was well before the usual 4 pm check-in). We've stayed at worse hotels for more money so the room rate was very reasonable. The only thing we were disappointd in was the Thanksgiving Dinner that we ordered as room service (take was sold out) - the dinner was not worth the $42 + 20% gratuity per person.

Hotel's Favorite
We had no idea what we were getting into as we had never heard of Little America -- but we could not be more pleasantly surprised or grateful that we decided to stay here as a stopping point en route back to Los Angeles. Heather, who checked us in, was gracious, informative and friendly. The room was new, well kept and the bed is super comfortable. I loved the pillows so much I called the hotel to request the name/model to buy them for our home. That's a first! The rooms are smartly and well appointed, we were impressed with the design and details. Excellent shower too which is a bonus. The icing on the cake had the be the nature trails looping behind the property. Just gorgeous. We had a wonderful evening hike through a beautiful forest. A true bonus. The grounds, overall property is clean, manicured and very well maintained. All staff had on masks, and we felt safe and clean staying here. FIVE STARS!

Everything about the Little America Hotel is excellent. This was my first stay and won't be my last. The Staff is exceptionally courteous, informed and eager to accommodate your requests and/or questions. Shout out to JC, Collin, and Heather for being EXCEPTIONALLY Great.... Those three really made this stay special. Overall I was thoroughly impressed by the care and upkeep as well as the rooms and surrounding areas, beautifully landscaped with walkways outdoors and all large buildings connect with indoor corridors. Fitness center was closed (COVID) which was a bummer since a lot of places let one person workout at a time... People (kids) above me were quite loud at 7am in the morning...but I needed to get up anyways... Other than that, I loved this place. The icing on the cake was the Christmas lights on the property at night... So beautiful and special.... I would not hesitate to recommend the Little America Hotel if you are in the Flagstaff area.

We have stayed in many hotels in Flagstaff over the years, and this one has quickly become a new favorite! Contactless check-in was easy and the front lobby is beautiful! The property is very large, with several different buildings. Our room looked out onto a forested, courtyard area which had lights lit up on all of the trees at night. Very pretty! Our room was large and comfortable and quiet. The location is great, right off the highway. Highly recommend!

Used this hotel as a jumping off point for the Grand Canyon and Horseshoe Bend day trips. The hotel is located near the freeway and is easy to find. The room was clean and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable.
