I was on a group tour and Little America was our home for a 3 night stay. The hotel itself is very attractive, almost like a lodge. It is on 500 acres of Ponderosa Pines giving it a hidden away effect. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had a glass enclosed shower. 2 separate basins. A drawer refrigerator and microwave.

Room Tip: I am not a fan of feather pillows. If I was traveling by car, I’d bring my own pillow.

This was our second time staying here and we plan to go back in Oct for some fall weather. Rooms are cheaper during the week. Rooms are immaculate. Feels like home walking into the room. Larger than most hotel rooms. Sheets were fresh and crisp. Bathroom very large as it has two sinks - one in the barroom and one in the dressing room. Now let’s talk about the back property. Absolutely amazing. Besides being well groomed, there is a pool and a play yard for children. One of the employees was putting different color lights on the tress. Purple was my favorite. There is a walking trail which was so nice for a walk in the morning. Trees among trees, and flowers among beautiful flowers. There is also a gazebo for weddings and gatherings. Plenty of lighting for the evening too. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Again amazing. Most likely the best coffee ever had. Our server (forgot her name) made the best cafe mocha!! Front desk was beyond courteous and helpful. Absolutely nothing negative about this place. Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere. This is the best of the best.

This is a really good hotel. From the outside the 2 storey red brick buildings look like a Midwest college but inside is a beautifully furnished luxury hotel. A cosy, welcoming lobby area, large comfortable rooms, outdoor pool and even a walking trail through the Ponderosa wood at the back. Tons of free parking and the adjacent truck stop is also run by the hotel and has many useful amenities. Would be 5 star but for a couple of gripes. Getting your room serviced is not automatic you have to contact front desk and the bar shuts ridiculously early (10 pm) and the restaurant even earlier (9 pm). Otherwise excellent.

More luxe than you might expect, a handsome hotel with a large, inviting lobby. Rather like a high-style Adirondack decor. Clean and well maintained, good restaurant. Excellent value for the price. Our room was located facing away from the state road (by request), so quiet and well kept. I really love luxe bedding, and this was just divine in that regard. Convenient, too: we were headed to the Grand Canyon. and right next door is a gas station well stocked with supplies and snacks.

The service was not good and the rooms weren’t as clean as I would have thought they should be. EVERYTIME I asked someone for something I had to ask a second time. It just wasnt up to my standards I feel they need to train the staff better in all areas

Our society just hosted our annual conference at this hotel, and we were very pleased with our experience. Our rooms were very clean and beautiful. The service of the staff throughout our experience was amazing. The communication from their event coordinators totally kept us on track, and they were very helpful in arranging everything how we needed it. The banquet staff were also AMAZING. They worked so hard to keep everything running smoothly, and did their best to make sure every need was met. They were also very friendly and flexible with our schedule, which was nice. I can't say enough about this team. We will definitely keep them in mind the next time we host in N Arizona.

We had never heard of this small family-owned chain. With one night in Flagstaff we wanted something near the interstate and this looked okay. Wow! Way better than okay. Spotlessly clean, lots of extras (beautiful public bathrooms), restaurant, bar, pleasant lobby, a full sofa and chair in our comfortable room--great beds. We Ubered to a restaurant because we wanted Mexican food, but came back for a nightcap and dessert in the hotel bar and had breakfast there the next morning, Very nice. Just a real surprise. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Wow! Don't let the outside fool you; this hotel is as nice as any Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons we've stayed in. Beautiful room with a very large bathroom with two vanities in separate areas, a hutch with a microwave and refrigerator drawer and safe. The restaurant is beautiful as well; sit outside by the waterfall.
