Had a lovely Sunday dinner here with my large family. Staff was friendly, food was good. We always enjoy coming to the restaurant this time of year just to see the great Christmas lights display. We enjoyed everything we tried - chicken alfredo, shrimp cocktail, soup of the day (beef veg), kids menu items. Highly recommend the chips and guac.

This hotel is by far the most impressively surprised I have been traveling ever. The outside is seemingly unappealing but upon stepping inside I was blown away. The lobby is incredible with a real wood fireplace and the rooms were super well appointed. The restaurant had the best prime did I have ever had and the property overall felt like a Westin or Hyatt property. For the price, this hotel offers the best value I have ever seen. At $122, this is a no brainer.

Decided to arrive a day earlier before meeting family at a rented cabin. With the recent storm that passed through, we wanted to checkin to a hotel, relax and have dinner in the hotel. This was a perfect stay for us. We had received an email which allowed us to partially check in before arriving. Checkin was quick and walked over to restaurant to make reservation for dinner. Room was in Lodge 1, (of 3 Lodges), which connected to main bldg and restaurant. Furnished beautifully with natural materials, which extended into the bathroom and even to bed headboard. Nice details. Room had huge windows and balcony. Was 5min walk to dinner and service and food were great. Had separate bar area and large screen TV was showing football games. Relaxed with a couple of drinks and watched everyone outside walking through the snow and trees decorated with holiday lights. Beautiful setting. Bed was comfortable and had a great stay. Parking was near Lodge 1, so easy walk with luggage. Only issue we had was the ice in the parking lot which we had to walk through to get to Room. Great stay and look forward to our next visit.

This hotel has really got it together. When we arrived it really felt like Christmas. It starting to snow helped, but the Christmas lights were absolutely beautiful. The lobby was warm and inviting. Loved that they sent me a text earlier in the day to check-in. All I had to do was send a photo of my drivers license. Upon check-in slid my card for incidentals and off we went. The whole process took less than 5 minutes. Even with all the rustle with the North Pole Experience staff didn't seem overly stressed. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. The room was very nice. Bathroom was beautiful and surprisingly roomy. The bed was very comfy. Walked around the grounds with the kids admiring all the Christmas lights. Even with it being right off the freeway, it really felt like you were in the woods. Waking up to 2-3 in of snow could not have been more perfect. We enjoyed breakfast with Santa in the Grand Ballroom, which was very warm and inviting. Not a buffet person, but the food offered was very good. Loved the stay here and look forward to making this a Christmas tradition every year. Even if we do not participate in the North Pole Experience I would come back here. Thank you Little America for making our stay absolutely perfect!!
