When I called to make the reservation 2 weeks prior, and again when I checked in, I asked for a room in a more quiet area. And the front desk gal simply did not listen and gave us room 103, the very first room off of the front desk area, business office and elevator. My husband ‘broke the covid seal’ on the room door when he opened the room door but neither of us entered the threshold because the location was simply not acceptable. I went back to the front desk and the gal was upset that we broke the seal and reluctant to give us a different room, but finally did when I insisted. If she had listened initially to me & read the reservation comments about my request, there would not have been an issue. (Although I agree that we shouldn’t have even opened the room door.) And thank goodness we did change rooms from the first floor to the second floor, because the walls are seriously paper thin and you can hear absolutely everything!!!!! ...car doors opening (not closing, opening!!) outside, the toilets in adjacent rooms flushing and the bodily noises of those people, and showers and people in them making sounds, footsteps in the hallway (every time someone walked by it sounded like they were in our room!). My husband says it’s as if the builder definitely did not use any sound proofing materials!! And the sliding shower doors, oh jeez!! They were hung backwards! The one nearest the shower head should have been where the one further away was, so the result was that all the shower water was aiming out onto the bathroom floor through the gap between the two doors. The door handles prevented them from being switched the right way to not get the floor all wet. When I made the reservation I was told that breakfast was $9.95 each for Mother’s Day, but the front desk gal told us it was $13.95 and would not honor the price I was told on the phone, even though I’m a HH member. Just an overall bad experience. And I never post bad reviews, I’m the one who always makes the effort to let things slide and focus on the positive. I’m done now. Good luck to you.

Nice, clean, safe hotel in a good location in Flagstaff. The pandemic requires making reservations for the indoor pool, but they had a good system for that. It was a great spot with easy access to both the highway and downtown Flagstaff.

The hotel, is small and clean. Slightly expensive, for one night, but it feels safe. The staff is very nice. There is a small indoor pool. The parking is easy, and you can see the vehicles from the rooms. The location is right off the freeway, across from a gas station.

I flew in late at night and stayed overnight until I could pick up my rental car the following morning. The staff was friendly and my room was clean. I didn’t utilize any amenities or even leave my room, but I can say it was quiet despite having people on both sides.
