What a massive over priced disappointment this hotel has been. We stayed one night and may I say one night to many. The place is very dated. We had such a bad nights sleep due to the uncomfortable bed and the bed not being made properly, the lumpy pillows, creased sheets and the old air con making a racket! All of this was reported to the front desk lady only to be told “oh dear”. This is not the Hilton I know and love, extremely poor for the exuberant cost of the night you charged

The staff were personable and helpful. The place was clean. The location is in reasonable distance to several sights/landmarks/other towns. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Plenty of restaurants close by or short drive.

The most important thing about a hotel or other lodging is the staff. The Hilton Garden Inn in Flagstaff has friendly and accommodating staff members at the front desk and at the breakfast buffet. The hotel is pet friendly. We were able to recharge our non Tesla electric vehicle on one of four 16 kW tesla destination chargers with our own Tesla to J1772 adapter. There is also a Clipper Creek J1772 charger. The breakfast buffet had scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast, potatoes, and French toast. You could make your own waffles, cereal, pastries. fruit and yogurt were also available. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay.

Very nice hotel in a good area with numerous restaurants in the area. We got there early, before check in time, but the Desk Clerk, very helpful, told us the room wasn’t ready but she would let us know when it was. We waited in the lobby and within a half hour we were in the room. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately the restaurant doesn’t serve dinner but you can order room service from Coco’s Bakery located right next to the hotel. A very good overnight stay at this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again while in Flagstaff.

Staying at a Hilton brand hotel, I have never paid $100. for a pet friendly room. I have never paired $15.99 per person for breakfast. Breakfast has always been included. Hilton honors is pointless! Don’t waste your time, the staff are indifferent and offer NO resolve.

Great experience during my weekend stay. The rooms are clean, the staff is courteous, and the location is terrific. I accidentally left a jewelry box with diamond earrings on the bathroom counter after checking out, and Telaya at the front desk was extremely helpful and tracked them down with the housekeeping staff. I am grateful and so relieved and will continue to stay at the Flagstaff Hilton Garden Inn when I visit my daughter at NAU.

I unfortunately stayed in the winter. They don't plow, put down sand, salt, kitty litter or shovel their walks and they are at the top of a small hill. If you get a two wheel drive rental car, you won't get up the hill and will need to plow your luggage up the snow and icy hill, risking falling and losing your luggage plunging down the hill. They did have the warning cones at the door that you could slip. I did fall, twice, trying to get to the front desk. It as Tic•Toc worthy! Four hous later they called the room to see if I needed anything for my check out the next day...how about a 4 wheel drive to get me and my luggage back to my car as it will snow all night!! Never again!

Thanks for the feedback on your recent stay. Sorry to hear about your experience with the snowstorm that hit Flagstaff yesterday. We received over a foot of snow in about an 8-hour period. We had several snowplow and shoveling teams working overtime just trying to keep up. I can assure you we do use salt on our sidewalks as well as cinders and salt on our parking lot. Having said that your recommendation of 4-wheel drive in snowy conditions at this elevation this time of year is truly a great observation on your part. Thank you for the pro tip.

We stayed here while visiting our niece who's away at college. The room was your basic Hilton Garden Inn type. The staff was friendly and the hotel was located near several restaurants and the University. The only thing we were disappointed in during our stay was breakfast. We are both Diamond members with Hilton and our breakfasts are normally free. As I'm not a big juice lover, I will usually have a soda during breakfast. In the past that has never been an issue with any of Hilton's properties; however, this stay it was. The server told us that we would be charged $3 for a Pepsi. It's not that we couldn't pay, but we believe that whether it's juice, coffee, or a soda it's still a beverage and should have been included. We've always been loyal Hilton members but this will make us think twice about where we chose to stay going forward. Disappointed....…

I was told by the site where I reserved the room and staff that breakfast was included. Well it was not and they charged me nearly $40 for a continental breakfast for 2! Lack of proper/truthful communication to say the least! Guests be aware!
