If you are visiting Flagstaff, particularly NAU, then this is a great hotel. Price was ideal, free breakfast was nice, staff had smiles every time I saw them, and it is located by multiple restaurants and shopping! The room was not super large, but it was clean and welcoming after navigating the craziness of "Move-In Day" at NAU!

Make sure not to leave any of your personal belongings in the room because you won't get them back!!! My fault for leaving my wedding ring and diamond stud earrings on the bathroom counter but did the maid have to steal them. Of course when I called they were no where to be found. THEIVES!!!!!

Stayed at the Sleep Inn for 3 nights while moving our son into his dorm. Very convenient to NAU -specifically the South entrance. Rooms are clean, but unusually small. Showers can best be described as space pods...fine for the price and location. No elevator!

The hotel was clean but it is sold out a lot during tourist season - so gets a lot of use. The breakfast was excellent for a free breakfast - bacon and hot & cold items. Have to drive thru town a little from I-40 and could walk to a few restaurants but not real close. We have stayed here...

This hotel fit our needs perfectly for an overnight stay on a long trip to Missouri. Room was clean, up to date......only thing you need to watch is that this hotel has no elevator. I did request a first floor room in advance and they accommodated my request but had I not known and got a second floor room I...

Our stay at the Sleep-in in Flagstaff was very good. It was easy access off the Interstate and close proximity to many things to do in town. The room was a bit small but it had everything we needed to make us comfortable. The indoor pool was nice with flagstaffs cooler evening temps. The breakfast was good , with biscuits...

This was a rewards night for us on our journey thru the west and although the room was a bit small it worked for the one night we were there. It is located in a hotel row area just off of the I-State interchange. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.

I booked this hotel 2 weeks out. I specifically asked for a non-smoking room, for health purposes. I was assured at check in that ALL rooms were non-smoking. When I got in to my room, it reeked of cigarette smoke, and at 3:00 in the afternoon, staff said it was impossible to change rooms. I had a tough time believing...

Not a great stay here though it was for one night only. It is conveniently located close to local shops. The room is at its 2 star standard so not much to expect however the room had a strange smell to it and the bed was unpleasant. Breakfast was at the bare minimum of standards. It is quite an affordable...

My main complaint about this Sleep Inn is they have no elevator. My mom had knee surgery earlier this year, and would have done better with an elevator instead of being forced to go up and down stairs, they had no rooms left on the ground floor by the time we got there. Also the card keys do not work...
