We have stayed at this hotel in the past and always had clean rooms. The room they gave us had a couch that was chewed up, dirty and stained floors, spider webs around the vents and corners of the rooms, and dirty walls. Not worth the money this time.

Hotel's Favorite
We stayed one night with a family of 6. There was enough room for the kids to move around. The 2 bathrooms also helped since there was 6 of us. The area was quiet and away from the highway noise. It was an easy check in/check out process, which makes things nice. There was 6 of us, but only 4 towels, so I had to go ask for more. There only complaints is the carpet and the sinks. The carpet appeared dirty and old. We didn't allow our 4 and 7 year-olds to sit and play on the carpet and had to wear shoes or sandals. The bath sinks had a very slooowwww drain. It needs to be cleaned out. Overall, it was nice and we would stay again.

We are from out of town and had booked here so that we could use the “ fully equipped kitchen” as advertised. We had hoped to use the kitchen to help prepare for the family Thanksgiving meal. We had hoped to bake on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, only to find out that there were no hot pads, no cutting board, no baking dishes what so ever, ( which explains why the oven was so dirty)no dish towels or dish clothes, and no water. As the water was going to be shut off from 9am to 3 pm that day. What a disappointment! So, if you’re going to stay here and would like to do any baking, bring your own baking dishes. We have reached out to management, but, we have yet to hear back from them.

The front door staff was great and super helpful - I give her 5 stars. The two room suite was worn out and shabby looking - 1 star. Not what o would expect for the price - so disappointing. To top it off, the bathrooms had body wash, shampoo and conditioner but no lotion. Again, huge disappointment.

Our car broke down about 40mi north of town on a road trip to Portland, Or. Our usual places (Little America, Sonesta ES) were booked up. I called this place, and was quoted 330 for a two queen room due to a convention in town. I said, I guess I will take it, and was hung up on. Mind you, I was standing on the side of a desolate highway, with my family of 4 waiting for a tow and a cab. I called back, the line was busy. I called again, got through, and made clear I wanted the room. For being full the room was quiet. You won't go wrong staying here, but for a similar price you can get a hotel with grounds to walk on and enjoy. Much over 120 isn't worth it. Go to the other places I mentioned unless you just want a place to sleep close to town. There is nothing wrong with this place and I thank them for providing a place for my family in our time of need.
