The DoubleTree by Hilton Flagstaff is located right off Route 66 near historic downtown Flagstaff and the NAU campus. Convenient for a short drive (about an hour) to the Grand Canyon, minutes from Sunset Crater and the Native American ruins at Wupatki National Monument. The DoubleTree by Hilton Flagstaff provides easy access to hiking, fishing, golfing and offers great packages (ie Arizona Snowbowl Ski Package). Proud to offer the same great services guests have come to expect and love for years with a variety of upgraded amenities. Our hotel ambiance is invitingly new and fresh yet comfortable. Have pets? We do offer pet friendly rooms ($50 pet fee applies). We also offer 2 restaurants: Woodlands Cafe and Sakura Sushi & Teppanyaki which allows us to offer dining for breakfast, dinner and room service daily. Our Lobby Lounge is an inviting area to relax and enjoy. Come experience the new DoubleTree by Hilton Flagstaff. Our Woodlands Restaurant and Lobby Lounge will be open on Thanksgiving from 4-9pm for a plated Thanksgiving Dinner. Sakura will be closed on Thanksgiving.

I love to travel so I thought a road trip would be easier with flying restrictions. I drove here, a few hours and a world of difference in environment. It was snowing so I spent more time in the hotel than I normally would. The staff were very friendly and did ask if everything was Ok. The room was comfortable with a fridge for convenience but the microwave was located in the lobby. I was pleased to have access to one. With covid limitations there was no room service. If I needed anything I just had to ask. Staying 4 nights I had to replenish coffee 4 times. I did miss that being done. I had a load of trash that you could leave outside and it would disappear but I needed more trash bags. The little things I have taken for granted are disappearing. Location was good for driving but the town is a bit spread out when walking. There were 2 restaurants in the hotel that had limited hours but I was happy about that. I did see people being compliant with gel etc. The fire in the lobby was a very welcome site.

Beautiful foyer and rooms are clean and nice. Couple things that happened on our stay here. First, we had these kids running around above us (sounded like stomping but they were probably just running)- and upon returning from an outing, we found part the ceiling drywall collapsed on our night stand. Called down to the front desk to share the situation and they sent maintenance and new keys to a room ( with no one above us). We thought we’d be waiting 20-30 minutes but I believe they were there in less than 5 minutes. Second, our car battery died the morning we had an 8 hour drive ahead of us. After numerous failed attempts to get AAA down to jumpstart it - we finally had the bright idea to ask the hotel if they could - they sent Brent - super nice guy who spent 30+ minutes to jump start the car (it was really dead) and apparently multi-tasks - while jumpstarting our car found this cute dog’s owner. Anyways- saved our lives. On top of that we got fresh chocolate chip cookies!

Stayed a couple of nights in late October. There was a package deal going on at the time that included 2 drinks per night as well as breakfast each morning. It was a good deal and was only a few dollars more than the regular room rate. Certainly worth it. I entered the lobby and was the only person there so was waited on immediately. The front desk clerk was very nice and attentive. Thanked me for being a Hilton Gold, gave me all the goodies from the package I booked with. We asked for the cookies and received those too. Yummy! Pool is outdoors so it is shut down for the winter season. I received some text messages after check-in asking if we needed anything and if we enjoyed our stay. After our first night, I texted the number requesting a fresh set of towels and possibly re-making of the beds. With COVID going on, I was expecting them to maybe leave a bag of towels at the door and that was it. When we entered that evening we had new towels and our room had been done up. Overall great costumer service. I loved the texting feature and being able to reach a real human using it! Had a great stay. Room was nice and clean, beds comfy. Would stay here again when in the area.

The rooms were large and clean and the bedding was comfortable. The property is well maintained. Our rooms were in the south building, and the first night our sleep was interrupted several times by sirens. Next time we will try to locate to a quite area of the hotel.

Time and again we have stayed at this property since it’s opening and have never been disappointed. We have brought family and friends along when we take short vacations up here. On our visit this weekend we were treated to such a lovely surprise for our 20th wedding anniversary! Champagne and chocolate strawberries! Thank you to Kailey and the rest of the staff who put it together and gave us a relaxing weekend. Needless to say, the property was exceptionally clean and the hot breakfast sumptuous. See you all soon again!
