Centrally located. A supermarket one block away. plenty of parking. very clean. large 50'' TV. Elevators worked well. Plenty of hot water. No noise was heard. Get free cookies when you enter. Easy check in.

What a delight to find this warm and clean hotel after a day of driving and then driving on black ice on the interstate! Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was helpful and cheery with the holiday spirit. The lobby was decorated with stunning reindeer, Christmas trees and the Little Red Elf on the Shelf. The staff has great imaginations and creative ideas for the Elf on the Shelf each day. That was fun for adults, too. This hotel is a gold mine in Flagstaff.

Before I write the review you need to know I am a professional trainer with extended experience on the delivery of customer care training. First the good - rooms well appointed, hotel looks in general good condition. Development areas - for me the inconstant approach by reception staff. Often they are on the phone dealing with hotel enquiries and not dealing with what they are supposed to be dealing with i.e customers. It is rare to get an acknowledgment as you pass reception. Never a good morning. To me this indicates a lack of service standards. The males on reception are particularly poor and come across as rude and not enjoying life. Not a good representation of the Hilton brand.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was great, we did takeout at both Sakura (Flagstaff roll) and Woodlands (wings dry rub). Also did Teppenyaki dinner which was delicious and service was on point. Only issue was the hot tub’s jets didn’t work, lobby is chilly and not enough seating around the fireplace. Room was very nice but the heat/ac was a bit noisy.

Spend a few nights here will visiting our son at Northern Arizona University hotels close to the college so it was easy to get there. I wasn't impressed with their nightly fluctuation of rates; Wednesday night was higher than Thursday night and of course Friday night was almost double. This was in October not sure why it was so high was going on to have those rates be so high. Anyhow upon checking in there is no cookies, and we were never offered them any other nights. My wife did notice 2 of the lamps in the room was out we called down and they did finally get it fixed. We also noticed that they didn't offer free coffee in the lobby it was only served with breakfast, there was some in the room. Anyhow room was clean and comfortable quiet I just didn't feel like we were treated as Hilton guests. Service was okay I did try to reach out to the manager Brian and got no response back. …

Very nice hotel experience. We were traveling through and needed a good night’s sleep. Perfect. The room and bathroom were very clean and well appointed. It seemed newly remodeled (or else very well kept up), nice comfy bed, quiet air conditioning, quiet generally, easy in and out. Friendly check in staff.

Double tree chocolate chip cookies are some of my favorite cookies on the planet so when I have a chance to stay somewhere that has a Double tree, I usually pick it. The one in Flagstaff is particularly nice. It's in a pretty location, a newer building, very comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly helpful staff.

Always a comfortable bed at the Hilton. We had a nice view of trees. The hotel is near enough to town that you could walk, bike, or Uber. I'd love to see a better restaurant menu, but in the end we enjoyed ourselves.

This place is dated, but worse, it's unkept and dirty. The beds are broken down and extremely uncomfortable. I could go on about the service and the shoddy work to fix things, but I won't waste my time and breath. I recomend, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I'm a happy Hilton Honors member, but NOT with this particular hotel.
