I love this location and the rooms are nice and clean. Our room was freshly cleaned and sanitized. We were close to many attractions . My only issue is the amount of dogs in and on the premises. I don’t hate animals and I understand people need places to stay with pets . I do not understand the reasoning for so many dogs in the lobby , parking lot and in bar area. Pet owners should be encouraged to use pet area and if they don’t, charge them a cleanup charge. Dogs that are not certified trained service animals should not be allowed to roam freely. Guests should be respectful and keep pets on a leash . Hu

Hi Barandal, thank you for the note. First, we are so pleased you found our new CleanStay standards met your expectations and your room was cleaned and sanitized. Next, though we do allow pets, they must be leased (even service animal must be leashed ). Also, there are specific locations pets are NOT allowed including: pool, fitness room, sauna, lounge, and restaurants (unless they are a service animal). We do our best to balance the needs of guests with pets and those without. We will review the policies as well with our front desk team so that they can communicate more effectively with the pet owners to ensure the policies are enforced. Pre-Covid lockdown or right before it went into lockdown. Front desk employee is a little snooty when talking to you, that was our impression. The hotel is an average hotel for the Hilton chain, I'd rather save a little and stay at a Hampton Inn. The rooms are ok, the pool and hot tub are ok as well, nothing really upscale or fancy. We wouldn't stay here again if we have to choose as there are other Hilton brands to choose from in Flagstaff.

I booked our room directly through Hilton website as I try to do and got a decent rate. We checked in without any issues. After being in our room (sealed with sticker on door to ensure room was "sanitized") for one day, we found a wedding band under the edge of a side table as well as finding cherry tomatoes under the edge of the sofa bed which were days old as they were already starting to shrivel up. We contacted the front desk who stated someone would clean the room. As we were leaving the next morning to go on a hike, the housekeeping staff inquired what room we were in as we passed her in the hall. We just assumed she was going to clean the room. WE WERE WRONG!!! Upon our return to the room later that day, nothing had been done to the room.....it was just as we left it that morning. Again the front desk was notified but nothing occurred. We also ordered room service and received kids pizza with a crust that was too tough to eat and extremely well done chicken nuggets. We ordered a breakfast burrito to go which was good. Stick to the breakfast menu only and find lunch/dinner food elsewhere.

Beautiful foyer and rooms are clean and nice. Couple things that happened on our stay here. First, we had these kids running around above us (sounded like stomping but they were probably just running)- and upon returning from an outing, we found part the ceiling drywall collapsed on our night stand. Called down to the front desk to share the situation and they sent maintenance and new keys to a room ( with no one above us). We thought we’d be waiting 20-30 minutes but I believe they were there in less than 5 minutes. Second, our car battery died the morning we had an 8 hour drive ahead of us. After numerous failed attempts to get AAA down to jumpstart it - we finally had the bright idea to ask the hotel if they could - they sent Brent - super nice guy who spent 30+ minutes to jump start the car (it was really dead) and apparently multi-tasks - while jumpstarting our car found this cute dog’s owner. Anyways- saved our lives. On top of that we got fresh chocolate chip cookies!

Reservations.com is a total mess of misinformation!! I am a Hilton Diamond Member and disgusted with Hilton for doing business with this company. Its a long story but in short , YOU CAN NOT CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION WITHOUT A TWENTY DOLLAR CHARGE AND THREE CALLS BEING DISCONNECTED AFTER 27 mins. On hold! I was told To make the reservation with them and after call hotel direct to use my honors points...TOTAL LIE,YOU CAN'T!!! I asked if any charge for canceling, Told No..ANOTHER LIE,TWENTY DOLLARS and I had to do on line! Nothing but a total aggravating hour . This all took place in five minutes from original call, so No time lasped!

We understand your frustration with this 3rd party vendor. They pull our rates and inventory from the general distribution system and resell. Unfortunately we don't have control over this company or how they resell the rooms. The only thing we are able to do is to suggest that it's best to book your rooms directly with us, so that if there is a concern... we can address it with you directly.
