This hotel looks as though it was recently renovated which was a huge plus for my friends and I when we arrived. The sleep quality at this hotel was great, and even though breakfast was closed due to sanitary concerns with COVID-19 - the staff still provided us with some grab and go bags filled with some basic stuff. With regards to staying here during COVID-19, however - the cleaning measures taken by this hotel was near perfect. This definitely put our minds at ease, especially seeing almost all of the guests and the staff wearing some sort of face-covering. With regards to location, this hotel is situated right off of I-40 so access to the Grand Canyon is very convenient and simple. I would absolutely stay at this location again.

Nice hotel. Outdoor pool and jacuzzi were nice. A sufficient amount of sunbathing chairs around the pool area. The staff was very friendly and professional. Everything was very clean and looked up to date. Good location and easy on/off freeway. Would recommend staying here to anyone going to the area

Holiday Inn Express continues to impress us. They were operating under Coronavirus restrictions, but our stay was still good. The shower was fantastic - high flow and plenty hot. We appreciated being able to get coffee in the lobby. The sack breakfasts were a good idea under the circumstances. I recommend this location.

This is where we stay and it’s our first stopover for the night because we are on a road trip to Pawhuska to visit the PW Mercantile. The building and ambiance is the typical HI Express and they serve their usual breakfast, which we do love but the only negative that I experienced was the noisy train that passes thru non stop. The hotels are for people to enjoy their stay and have a good night’s rest and they build their hotel next to a railroad and not use some soundproofing materials to keep noise to a minimal, so I gave them 3 stars for lack of sleep.

Another hotel in Flagstaff that is overpriced and under whelming. No hot water for most of the rooms my second morning and no apologies or compensation from management. No advance notice either, as I heard from other guests that a boiler was replaced. Couldn't they provide a bit of customer service? Also, why a $25 "incedental" fee? There is no incedentals to purchase! It had been a week since it snowed and the back parking lot still was covered in ice! Skip this hotel and find an Airbnb!
