The room was good for the money, but there was a slight musty odor. It wasn't horrible, just notticeable. There is a train track very close by, and there were a lot of trains that traveled it, which kept me awake a lot at night. The room was small, but again it wasn't a big problem. Overall, the room was...

Thank you for your recent stay with us! I’m glad to hear that overall you enjoyed your experience, however I’m sorry to hear that the train noise bothered you at night. Often our guests find that the trains are not a noticeable issue despite the proximity to the tracks, but we understand that each individual has different sensitivities. The next...

We found this Best Western to be clean, comfortable, good breakfast and friendly staff. Very easy access to the 40. Good place to stay if you are visiting Flagstaff. Our group will be back again next year. Thank you to all of the friendly, professional staff.

Greetings, and thank you for your recent stay with us! We are conveniently located right off 1-40 here in Flagstaff yet close to everything in town, so it tends to work out nicely either way whether a traveler is just passing through or visiting for a few days! We are looking forward to seeing all of the friendly faces in...

Located on old US Route 66, just one mile west of I-40, this older, but very well-maintained Best Western is one of the most efficient and well-run inns. Upon check-in, we were greeted politely by two young women who explained all the amenities and breakfast information. We were directed to our room: 241. The a/c was extremely efficient and quiet...

Greetings, and thank you for taking the time to write such a pleasant review! I’m so happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us overall. Our staff works hard to provide a welcoming hospitality experience to each of our guests, and they will pleased to know you had such kind things to say about them. I apologize for...

I will stay at a Best Western when ever I travel in the United States. I always make sure I have reservations early enough that I can change my night of stay if necessary. I have recommended Best Western Hotels to my friends and couples we meet on our trips.

Ugh...nothing about the breakfast was good. The eggs were overdone, the bacon limp, the mixed fruit straight out of the can and mushy and tasteless. Do everyone a favor and just hand out breakfast vouchers for like $5 per person for a good nearby breakfast place. We didn't go in the pool but the tiny size along with its location...

Please accept my deepest apologies for the frustrations you experienced during your stay. While typically a favorite of our valued guests, I am sorry to hear the the breakfast wasn’t suited to your preferences and also that our pool didn’t not look inviting enough to try. We work very hard to meet and exceed guest expectations. We do not always...

OMG! We were up half the night listening to footsteps of the people in the room above us. They weren't dancing--just walking to and from normal. We should have looked at the reviews where other guests mentioned same thing! We hear the people next door cough! Who builds a hotel with poor insulation? Hotel does have a dark, dingy feel...

This motel is located on historic route 66 right next to railroad tracks in an area of town that had I known, I would not have stayed at Best Western. I was allowed to check in early, which I greatly appreciated since I was hot and tired. The hallway to the room is dimly lit and rather narrow walkway to...

Staff is friendly. Room was very clean and quiet. Separate building with plenty of space for the complimentary breakfast. Bed was very comfortable! Good water pressure in the shower. If you have trouble with steps, be sure to ask for first floor. Don't think there is an elevator to the second.

Room was small, but clean. The bed was a pillow top, so it was a little soft for me, but still comfortable. The rooms were clean, staff was very nice, but do not get a west-facing room (even numbered) in the summertime.
