Gordon did everything to make our stay great. The property is very comfortable and tastefully decorated, walking distance to downtown Flagstaff. I was towing a UTV on a trailer and I was escorted to an appropriate parking space on arrival, every detail was addressed. As a physician I can not honestly state that "gluten free" dining is a health advantage but that too is embraced by the proprietor (my wife likes extra gluten ..go figure). We stayed in the Tea Room which was spacious and comfortable. We'll look forward to our return.

The Inn at 410 is one of the best run bed and breakfasts I have experience. They really have it down to perfection. We stayed in the Tea Room. It is just off the dining room which I thought might be uncomfortable. However, the door between you and the dining room is like three inches thick. Once you close it, you are in your own world. The staff does well to execute the covid19 protocols. Your breakfast is put in the refrigerator the night before. You heat it up in your own room's microwave. I was surprised at how well this worked. Sure, it is better to eat in the dining room and mix and mingle. However, for your own health, it is necessary to improvise a bit during the pandemic. Trust me, the breakfast tasted great and you can eat on your own schedule. I highly recommend the Inn at 410.

Just 2.5 hrs from Phoenix, we arrived early & our room was ready. What a charming “old” house with character. Super location - heart of flagstaff just three blocks away, yet quiet & peaceful area of the house. Every details from plush towels to gluten free breakfast to the huge array of resources found in the common area. The honor bar was very generously stocked with tidbits and liquor. Keep up the good work - can imagine it is not easy being an innkeeper during covid-19.

Arrived midday, We were greeted by a man later we found out he is one of the owner(Frank) rudely. So, I asked if that's how he welcome his guests. He said that " sorry for you if you feel that you are not welcome" during the 2 nights stay either of the owners say something to us what so ever ( not sorry or anything) Nice B&B but will never stay there again. Been around the world no one ever greeted us so rudely.

My husband and I recently spent a few nights here to escape the Phoenix heat. This was our third consecutive year visiting The Inn at 410. Beautifully appointed rooms, friendly and accommodating staff, and a peaceful outdoor patio for having a gourmet breakfast at safe distances. I highly recommend this in town Flagstaff B&B. Walk to town or make it your home base for hiking or a day trip to Arizona scenery. Be advised that masks are required in and around Flagstaff, but this shouldn't deter a pleasant and comfortable visit.
