My husband and I drove up from the valley to have an early 38th wedding anniversary celebration. We stayed in the Sunflower Room. It was very nice. The room was bright and cheery and the bed was very comfortable. During covid times, Frank and Gordon are doing a great job with making sure all guests get a good breakfast - keeping health in mind and snacks in individual containers were available during the afternoon. The location to everything downtown is perfect. Thank you for all that you two do to make everyone's stay very nice.
This was our 4th time at the Inn to celebrate our Anniversary. We were a month late this year! We had the Dakota Room (our 2nd time in here). It is a large suite with a separate queen bed in the bedroom. Bed was so comfy that I didn't want to get out of it in the morning. There is a lot of storage space between the 2 rooms. Everything was perfect. Bathroom is large and room comes with a mini fridge/freezer (which works excellent), mini coffee pot and microwave. Breakfast is delivered to our refrigerator the day before due to Covid restrictions right now, however, we were able to take it down to the common area to heat it and eat and enjoy juice and Awesome coffee (really needed the coffee since I didn't want to get up this morning)! Breakfast was wonderful as usual. We parked our car when we got there on Friday and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go since this is basically in Old Town Flagstaff. Most of all, the reason we go here is Gordon and Frank. Very friendly, informative and fun. You will be terribly missed! Take care!…
My husband and I love B&Bs. I prefer to stay in one over a hotel. During Covid, we continued to stay in them. Most often, you get a restful sleep and an sumptuous breakfast. Sadly to say, not at this Inn. We stayed the weekend, spending nearly $500. Upon waking in the mornings, both my husband and I awoke with pains in our upper back and neck. Not sure if it was the mattress or pillows, but either way, it was painful. The pathetic breakfast reminded us of cold airline food. Breakfasts were left in the mini-fridge and was not tasteful, especially the mini quiche, which was soggy. The fresh fruit was near frozen. We certainly do not feel we got the value of the monies we spent. We would not recommend staying there.
We had a great time at the inn. Gordon and Frank were wonderful hosts, the room we stayed in (Sonoran Serenade) was very comfortable for the two of us and the breakfast placed in the fridge was very tasty and filling. This is a beautiful place with wonderful, comfortable touches throughout, beautifully taken care of. The grounds are also nice and the front porch a great place to relax on. Just a couple of blocks from Old Town Flagstaff, we had nice walks to various restaurants and breweries and enjoyed the trains passing through. We changed our plans to stay at the Inn on our way home from Colorado a second time we liked it so much. Can't think of a nicer place to stay in Flagstaff
Last week we took a little trip north to stay at the Inn At 410 and it was just lovely. We stayed in the beautiful Southwest Room which is spacious and comfortable! A delicious breakfast was delivered to our room each day for the next morning. Gordon is a gracious host. The location is perfect. Walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and close to town. We will definitely be back.
