The Budget Host Inn meets the bare requirements to be a hotel. It has a roof, it has beds, it has heating, and it is in the town it proclaims to be in. Beyond that, you're not going to get a whole lot. The staff ranged from indifferent to surly, the radiator was so loud at night that you had... More

It served the purpose of allowing us to sleep a few hours before departing to Grand Canyon. I was not impressed at all with the cleaniness and with the staff, but the price/quality ratio was good. Just a last note about the breakfast: sweets with a hot drink.

Should have read the reviews first. We saw the sign that said "Breakfast" and stopped in. We asked to see a room but they showed us color photos on a monitor at the check-in desk and told us if we did not like the room we could get our money back. We dropped off luggage, went to an appointment and... More

From the tattered mattresses to the joke of a breakfast, this place is the place of bad dreams. Which is exactly what I kept having when I realized our door DIDN'T LOCK PROPERLY. The only positive thing about this place was that the front desk person was polite and courteous.

This is the first review that I have ever written online and unfortunately it's not for a good reason. Although this is a budget motel, I found it rather disgusting that there were stains all over the sheets and towels. I booked a non smoking room and when we opened the door, the room stunk of cigarettes. There are hairs... More

I have never written an online review of a hotel/motel before staying at this place. From my unfortunate experience, I wish to warn others. I hope if you are reading this, then you are doing your research ahead of time, unlike me, who paid, stayed a night, and read all the terribly accurate reviews afterwards. This hotel is filthy. Only... More

We visited Flagstaff several years ago and a friend who lives there booked us a room at this place when it was called the Saga Inn. Well first thing I noticed was that the pool was empty and broken. Second thing I noticed was a group of guys hanging outside of rooms opposite end of motel and they checked my... More

Let's just call a spade a spade. There was an arrest outside of our hotel room at 1am. The place was filthy. Never stay here. However, the people running it were very helpful, kind people. I hope that they can invest in their property and make it better.

Omg I can't even begin to describe this place. I book this hotel for a quick snow trip with my kids I booked 3 rooms each with 2 adults and 2 kids. I sent my parents ahead to check in when they got there the guy at the front desk told him the price I paid was for the room... More

We booked that day and the options were limited. We got a 2 queen room for $89 on a Saturday night. There were blood stains on the sheets. There were several hairs everywhere. The one thing I did appreciate was the AC unit had an option to run the fan through the night so it didn't turn off an on... More
