The hotel doesn’t look nice from the outside, but the room we got (118) was actually nice, especially for the price we paid. The only thing is that we saw an ant on the bed... but other than that, its good for the price.

The hotel was clean I had one king room and a double queen suite. Both rooms were clean and located right off Route 66 heater work and it’s was super cheap for the whole weekend both rooms I paid 212. Total what a deal close to everything in town! Had snow around the building was awesome!! Very soft beds!!

Average basic clean room. Good for a night stay enroute as we were doing the loop. Location is not bad as there are some supermarkets nearby. Fast check in and out. For light sleepers, it is located near train tracks so you might hear the train passing but we were too tired to notice it..

this hotel is so dated that it would not meet standards of the 1950’s. the towels were threadbare no face washers or hand towels no coffee or tea making dirty discoloured light fittings stained carpets noisy location (near train). Furniture outdated with holes and surfaces faded overall a poor hotel. We had to checkout and go to another. The site we booked with made arrangements for a transfer so we were not subjected to such poor accommodation. Please take this as constructive criticism and make changes urgently

People are friendly, hotel is clean and remodeled. Love this place! There is no combination of cost, convenience and comfortable rooms in downtown Flag. Walking distance to all things downtown. There is noise from the trains and cars, but that is downtown Flagstaff ;-)
