Old-school motel with a bit of a Cohen brothers movie vibe. We were too tired to be creeped out and there was a major snowstorm anyway. We were able to park right in front of the room, which made us feel better about things. Efficient check-in if not especially welcoming. A good Indian restaurant within walking distance as well as...

Pros: You can park and unload right in front of your room. Conveniently located to the highway and to Lowell Observatory. Clean and quiet. Cons: TV was not controllable by remote save for channel selection...volume and on/off had to be done at the TV (yes, I am a spoiled American with First World Problems). Staff was warm and friendly, bed...

My wife and I are traveling the state and we like to stay in funky motels and eat at diners. This place is like the old way people use to stay. Not fancy, inexpensive, not crowded or noisy and an atmosphere of the 60s. Don't go here if you are a Mariott or Sheraton type.

We were on a road trip and wanted something clean, comfortable and affordable, and this hotel definitely made it. It is not the best hotel in Arizona, but it is a good value hotel. Easy check in/out, ice machine and laundry, next to restaurants and a Dunkin Donuts, exactly what we needed for our trip.

The desk clerk was strictly business; no attempt to be friendly to us or the person who checked in before us. He wasn't rude, he just clearly had no interest in anything other than getting us into a room and out of the office as soon as he could. The room was a basic motel room. Nothing fancy, but adequate...

We made a reservation accidentally - we wanted America's Best VALUE Inn (this one does not have the word "Value" in the title). We realized it after 30 seconds, but because it had been made & paid through Hotels.com, they would NOT refund us because they said we prevented them from renting it - REALLY - in 30 seconds? So...

The place was recommended to us by a friend because it is close to NAU and very reasonable. It's a little "Mom and Pop", Route 66 Motel that actually had great character considering where and what it was. If you don't mind walking, you can get anywhere within a mile. It isn't new, doesn't have breakfast or modern furniture but...

The room was old and run down. The nails in the carpet were poking through the floor which I stepped on. The remote for the TV did not work and neither did the toilet. If you wanted it to flush you had to remove the lid and pull up on the arm. I don't know how this place could get...

Flagstaff is expensive during the Summer, I'd been there a lot of times, during and off season. I choose this hotel because it was on the cheapest for a night ($120) plus is pet friendly. It looks like Bates Motel from the outside, inside is nothing fancy but rooms are clean at least but smaller, beds comfortable and it has...
