This was our second trip to Twin Arrows within the last year and it wasn't nearly as enjoyable as the first. Overall I would say it was nice and worth the price we got, however they have some room for improvement. Pros: + Clean facility and room. + Friendly staff (except for one table games supervisor). + Great breakfast food...

Twin Arrows was very nice because the kids and could access the hotel wing of the property without having to walk through a smoky casino. My children can't stand second hand cigarette smoke so that was a big deal. Room was very nice, new, clean, quiet. The little cafe bakery was a hit with the kids. The only drawback is...

Clean, new, nice rooms. Less smoky than other casinos I've been to. I appreciate that a lot. Comfortable beds! I'd definitely stay again if I'm ever I'm the area! The staff was accommodating and friendly. I was disappointed in the restaurant breakfast. My over east eggs were basically raw. But that's my only gripe .

The rooms are spacious, clean, large, wonderful pillows and sheets. The bathrooms are spacious, double sinks, Bath and Body shampoo and lotion. The hotel is quiet. Keurig coffee machines, bottle water, refrigerator. Would definitely stop here again. Would like to spend more than an overnight to use amenities of hotel. Only downside--no nonsmoking section in casino--they say the area outside...

The rooms are fantastic. Very spacious, new rooms with large bathrooms. If you're looking for a very nice room at a reasonable price, this place is great. The food was average in price and flavor. The buffet food looked like it had sat in the pan for an hour the first time we went there, at around 7pm. The second...

Stayed here with the family over New Years weekend and was happy overall. Pro's rooms were smoke free, nice indoor pool and spa, great dining options, SPACIOUS bathroom. CON's Beds were too soft, could hear the adult actors next door breaking a record for most moans in a 2 hour stint. Overall when walking in the place is beautiful and...

The rooms are very nice and clean, also a good size. The hotel has a restaurant and a buffet. The buffet is nothing to write home about but the restaurant has good food. I was impressed with their customer service, kind and smiling people.
