Went to twin arrows with my spouse and his family most of us were over the age of 21. We walked in to go to the restaurant in there to eat while my mother in law went to go play. The security guards while I know they have a job to do we’re completely rude. There were four in the party and three were over the age of twenty one, one was not. She followed us to the restaurant and stood behind us while we waited to be seated (30 minute wait). I am sorry but it was uncalled for and the way she composed her self was childish. We decided to leave because it was ridiculous the way she treated us.

Hotel's Favorite
My wife and I recently stayed overnight at The Twin Arrows during a Flagstaff getaway. What a great experience! A previous review noted one disappointment after another. Perhaps, based on that review, the casino and hotel "upped" their game, because we had a fantastic time! First of all, the customer service was excellent. As good, if not better than what you would receive in Las Vegas. From the "kids" at the valet and front entrance to the check in staff, housekeeping and gaming staff, everyone was friendly and very helpful. We were also very happy to see that most, if not all of the staff was at least native, more probably Dine. Okay. So this five-story property isn't much to look at on the outside. But once inside, you realize where all the time and money was spent! A gorgeous foyer, spacious casino with wonderfully high ceilings, a cool sports bar and café, an elegant steak house, and artistically wonderful hallways. Our room was spacious, clean and very quiet (a very heavy room door helped). It was tastefully appointed with cool native decor with hints of art deco. (BTW - we had a King view room.) The bathroom was very, very spacious with a two-sink set-up (a rarity) and a separated toilet. The walk-in shower was big enough for two. He had a terrific dinner in the Zenith steakhouse and a wonderful breakfast (including wonderful fry bread) in the Four Elements Café (reviewed separately). Here is the big suggestion. If you are looking to be close to downtown Flagstaff, this is NOT your hotel. Located off of the I-40, this hotel is PERFECT however if you want to be close to Winslow, the Homlovi Ruins, Walnut Canyon, Meteor Crater or the Petrified National Forest and Painted Desert. We used to think that the La Posada was the only elegant game in town in the area. This property has changed our minds. We will be back!

Location is perfect for sight seeing around Flagstaff. Lots of free parking and easy access to resort. The restaurants served wonderful food . We absolutely loved the Steak restaurant. One of the best steaks we ever had at a decent price.

I booked thru Expedia. I know it's lessons learned. But the background is the Winter Snow warning on Feb 25. Our one night staycation is Feb 25. I called Expedia to reschedule the trip to following week, no help. I called the hotel, no help even my reason is the weather issue (all over the news in Flagstaff) and one road is closed. The lady in the hotel was not accommodating. She kept saying "you booked from 3rd party, contact them". I was trapped between bouncing back with the Expedia and the hotel. But a friend of mine which is also traveling on Feb 25 with her family that was also booked via Expedia, requested to reschedule, the hotel credited her to the following week's stay. It's not unified decision across their clients. I was looking forward to play at this casino (as a Seven Stars tier at Caesars) but nope. I don't recommend this hotel based on my experience today. It's weather issue but no consideration at all.

We had a great time at the hotel and casino. The place itself is beautiful, and made even better by how clean everything was. We spent time in the casino and the grab & go counter for dinner. They served free donuts and coffee the morning we were there. Great!!!

Hotel was nice, but check-in was poor. We arrived at 7:30 pm and neither room was ready. They said house-keeping was slow. We had to stand around in the lobby for and hour while we waited after an all day tiresome drive. No chairs. No complimentary beverage or snack offered because of their management inefficiency.

Disappointed mainly with the service or lack there of. I had booked 2 rooms. First I booked online a Double Room for 2 Adults and 2 small children and a King Romm for my parents who are traveling with us. Shortly after receiving my email confirmation I also received an email stating there were no Double Beds available. But I could get a King room and 2 rollaway beds for an additional $28 EACH!! Which is ridiculous. Why should I pay an additional $56 plus tax for rollaway beds when I initially requested a Double Room. So after after few email correspondences with Kerrie in the Reservations Dept I received an email stating that I would be put in an Executive King room which had a couch. At this point I decided to look around online for other hotels. If I'm paying what I'm paying for that room, I don't want my young children sleeping on a Couch!! Unfortunately the other hotels I checked were fully booked being the weekend before Christmas. Using forethought I got online and ordered 2 small kids travel cots. We arrived to the hotel at 5:10 pm. Check in is at 4:00 pm. After waiting in line for 25 minutes I was told my parents room was ready but mine was NOT. Then the front desk clerk had the nerve to tell me, "Just wait in the other room you have and I'll call you when your room is ready." So, now I'm paying for a room that I can't even get in to. If I wanted all 6 of us to stay in a room then I would have only paid for one room instead of 2. So my family and I haul our items up to my parents room and sit and wait. Finally, I get a call alittle after 6:00pm that our room is ready. We wait another half hour in line even had some one cut in fron of us, AND it's NOT an Executive King with a couch, it's an Accessible King, NO couch. I was so glad I bought these little cots for my boys or else we all 4 would have been sleeping in the one King bed. This entire experience was unacceptable. I even asked, "Why is the hotel allowed to charge me a late fee if I check out 1 minute late, but I can't charge the hotel a late fee for making me wait 2 hours AFTER check in because there's not a room available for me. Get it together. At least be a little apologetic and a lot more accommodating when the hotel staff/system is not working properly.

Lovely smart hotel although I didn’t enjoy having to wear masks everywhere indoors in current climate but I’m sure they have their reasons. Bedroom fantastic and facilities excellent. I would of given 5 stars but for the sports bar that decided after 3 pints with my meal I wasn’t allowed another for an hour and half. Even though I was completely sober and enjoying my meal with my 26 year old son. Being a grown adult of 59 who also runs a pub in England I found this patronising and decided to retire for the night rather than stay and have a few drinks more and hit the casino. Lost business and hate being treated like a child.

Beautiful hotel and casino. Great food and atmosphere. The only drawback was they still require a mask. I wish I would have known this before booking a room. That was also the common consensus from the people I talked to. Otherwise, a great place if you love to wear the mask. I DO NOT!

Our room was impeccably clean, the shower was so silky, I wanted to take two showers for the sheer enjoyment! The bed was comfortable and the pillows dreamy. Our king room even had double sinks and huge soft towels! We ate the amazing crab dinner and the wait staff was attentive; security and front desk personnel was GREAT ensuring our safety and security with a subtle and helpful presence. The pool area was beautiful and so clean I was sorry I didn't have time to stay. The spa was clean and hot. It's going to be hard to stay anywhere else. This was the epitome of luxury at a reasonable price! Granny even won a bit of money at the slots! My only regret is that I couldn't move in!
