We stayed one night. Our room was beautiful. The casino was beautiful, but very strangely quiet. No music, no jackpot noises, nothing!! Very disappointed in the Arrows Sportsbar. The picture on the web site showed video poker machines all along the bar. We got in there and there wasn't one machine at the bar. You could see where the machines once were. I asked the bar tender why all the machines were gone. He told me they took them out so that the Sportsbar could be more family friendly, so people could bring their kids in there. Think of all the money they are losing by taking out all those machines. Crazy to me!!
Everything was clean and nice. I felt safe staying here on our way to visit our premature grandbaby whose health is important. Enjoyed eating at the Zenith restaurant. All the employees were courteous.
We stayed for one night on a long road trip. The room was beautiful. The bedding was upscale and the bathroom was really nice. There’s a keurig corner with coffees and teas, a nice coffee bar in the room. Some people might miss the blackout curtains but I loved the look of the plantation shutters. It’s so clean-looking. They were meticulous about cleanliness and it showed. Masks were required in May 2022! The casino was very nice. Not all the restaurants are open. The pool and hot tub are open but we didn’t go. We had a late dinner at the sports bar. The moscato was fabulous and hubby said the draft beer was great. They served bar food with a Navajo twist. Don’t forget to ask for fry bread. We didn’t win anything at the casino but it was a very nice stay overall
We stayed here on a road trip....it was beautiful, comfortable and the staff were all great, professional and personable. We really appreciated how they enforced mask policy on admission. The rates are very reasonable....also had dinner in their steakhouse which was excellent. We plan to stay again any time we are in the area.
Great resort, clean and fresh throughout. Staff was helpful and courteous, plenty of free parking. Rooms have hair dryer, refrigerator, safe, coffee. Casino has a free soda, coffee, water station. At this writing you MUST wear a mask at all times. Also only breakfast option is a grab and pay. Two of four restaurants are closed so MAKE RESERVATIONS or really long waits. NOTHING around for 30 minutes drive.
I was at Twin Arrows Casino last night, we went for the Crab Feast. The last time I had gone was before Covid hit us, so we were very excited. When we were sat down the waitress took our drink order and when she delivered them and taking our food order, we told her very excitedly that we were there for the "ALL YOU CAN EAT CRAB BUCKETS." We said we would take 3, they came out right away and everything in the bucket was cold. To say the least we were all very disappointed. We all decided to give it another try and asked the waitress if we could have 2 more buckets. NEVER DID SHE MENTION THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL BUCKET. When we got the bill we asked the waitress why she charged us 5 times and then she said "you have to pay for every bucket!" We were flabbergasted and again to say the very least DISAPPOINTED! We asked her why she had not told us this when we first ordered or when we asked for 2 more buckets? She did not have an answer for this and blatantly just said that's the price. We did not see this anywhere on the menu and it does not seem to be listed anywhere in the Arrows Sports Bar! We felt very mislead & will not be returning for Crab Nights! Julia…
During a long drive on our way home we choose this place for lunch and pitstop. It’s about 25 miles East of flag and fairly new. Nice building but parking lot empty on a Saturday afternoon. Only place in Arizona where masks were mandatory during our AZ stay. Upon entering you have to take out your drivers license to get scanned and provide a phone nr. We asked what the options were for lunch. Buffet and steakhouse were closed so it was either the coffee bar or the sportsbar which supposedly had fried chicken to die for. Pretty much empty in both the casino and restaurant but the service was painfully slow regardless. Never got refills on our drinks , no salt and pepper or condiments on the table and both the Navajo taco and to die for fried chicken were very bland. Poor choice for our pitstop.…
We have stayed here several times and we were especially happy this time to find "block out" curtains now in the room! We never really enjoyed staying at the hotel because of the blinds that did not block out light. Now we are happy. We find the beds/pillows very comfortable. We appreciate having a Keurig in the room for our early morning coffee. Biggest towels ever! Nice and soft, too. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. Not crazy about the sports bar food but the steak house is the best ever! The cafe also has good food and the staff is always friendly and efficient. Hopefully the casino will open sooner than 10 am before too much longer. Our Casino Host, Geri, is outstanding. She takes good care of us.
We got a suite for a two night stay. The room was spacious but very poorly equipped. The clock was an old clock from years ago. There were no USB ports near the bed and no electric outlets. At this time there is no room service available nor or is there any bell hop service available. They blame everything on Covid. Housekeeping is done on a request basis only, we were not informed of this therefore our room went uncleaned !!!
Wanted to get up early and get on the road, however Casino does not open until 1000 and we could not cash out our tickets until then, per security. You should be able to at least cash out your tickets anytime. It’s your money, makes me not want to come back or play there again! Hotel rooms are wonderful, they are clean and well decorated. Beds are very comfortable.
