Stayed the night passing through. In general the hotel looks great and surrounding areas are beautiful. It was clean inside and out and smelled clean. During check in I was informed they were not providing any kind of breakfast due to COVID, which somewhat annoyed me cause every other Marriott hotel I’ve stayed at this week is at a minimum providing cereal, fruit, brown bags, etc. They also charged me $6 a night for parking which I thought could’ve been waived since breakfast isn’t being provided. I went up to my room and it was ok compared to other Marriott hotels I’ve stayed with. Not as spacious, but for the most part clean. The carpet when you first walk in was rough as if liquid had dried on that part of the carpet and there was a stain on of the comforters that looked like

Nicely presented clean rooms, comfortable beds and high quality sheets on the beds. Staff on desk very cheery and pleasant. Convenient for charging Tesla. A few minor details; shower curtain dirty. Basic price was good but with all the taxes, increased the nightly amount considerably. No breakfast but we walked to “OverEasy” nearby for a tasty breakfast. Would stay again.

Having ran from our last motel from hell, we found this place to be cleaner and worth every dollar. Everything was neat and clean. No shady folks hanging outside and no homeless like the last place. I loved everything from the customer service to maid service. I’ll definitely be back.

It's newer than some and not too beat up yet. Staff is friendly. Location is good for NAU and for popping back on the interstate. Otherwise, nothing special about location. What was Marriott thinking when they sourced those couches? Totally uncomfortable and useless for sitting.

I work at a Courtyard hotel in Phoenix so I understand how important these reviews are. My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights this past weekend and we loved it. The property is really clean and beautiful, and is on a small hill in Flagstaff with a tremendous view. Everyone at the front desk was very nice and happy to recommend points of interest. My only complaint was that I was charged $6 per day for parking and was never told about it, which is why my review is four stars. Besides that, we loved our stay and will definitely be returning.

We have stayed at the Marriot Courtyard in Sedona and were expecting the same amenities during this Covid Crisis! They had the pool and jacuzzi open in Sedona which we also found out the Residence Inn Marriot downtown Flagstaff these amenities are open. The parking lot charge is also ridiculous as there was ample parking. We hike and the pool and jacuzzi is a big reason we come here.

We expected more this trip, our fault for selecting this property. As shown in the manager’s letter, there’s no daily maid service, no food, no pool. The outdoor fire pit is open. This location is close to highways and related noise. I have to give it below average because there’s no discount for having fewer amenities.

This hotel was great to stay at. We were only in Flagstaff overnight, but everything was very clean and the room was a large one. Lots of parking and centrally located with many nice places to eat around it. I would highly recommend this hotel.

What a great hotel!! New clean and beautiful! I loved our room the furniture and bedding were fresh and new feeling. Quiet hotel. The pool and hot tub were great clean and a joy to use. The fire pit is lit each night but the flame is not hot so cannot really use when the evenings are cold. But the grounds were lovely. I would highly recommend to anyone! 😁👍🏻

Very new and clean. Good service. We misunderstood when booking as we thought there was a breakfast included. Was not. No worries, there are lots of good places close. Room was clean and everything worked! In the room. But WiFi did not. We got a DNS failure every time. I guess we should have asked, but they told us our password at checkin. When checking out, "oh, you should have called. You need to call this number..." Makes no sense. We used the hot tub and pool following skiing. All good.
