Stayed one night on our way to CA and again on our way home. Staff (Brandy) was very accommodating when I asked for a change from what was on my reservation. Jessica at the front desk was very friendly and helpful while checking me in. She remembered me when I returned and immediately gave me my room keys. No hassle...

Only stayed for a night before heading to the Grand Canyon. Breakfast was additional. Not the best. Staff was polite and professional. As always, you can rely on Marriott to be consistent. Good stop off before proceeding to the Canyon.

Have stayed here before and was very pleased. This visit not so much. The room was in disrepair (see photos). Bathroom condition was lousy. Bathtub drain was rusted, pealing paint on ceiling, ventilation was non existent. Found cigarettes and lighter in closet from previous guest, bed cover was put on inside out, and the TV was placed so that if...

Going through Flagstaff on way to G Canyon and beyond. This is a typical Marriott property. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Nothing special, but good service and location. Nice hot jacuzzi and indoor pool. No water dispenser in gym. Fridge in room.

I'm often staying at Courtyard hotels across the country, and this is one of the finest I've visited. The location is fantastic, and it's honestly the most aesthetically pleasing Courtyard I've seen. Uniquely position on a hill, the actual courtyard of the hotel is large and quite nice. The view of the mountains are abound and it seems like everywhere...

This was the second time at this Courtyard. This time I asked for a 3rd floor room so I would not hear the noise from the floor above me. Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was complimentary being a Silver Elite member and a AAA member. Very adequate breakfast. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel.

This is a really nice property with a good lobby and an excellent outdoor patio. My room had a view of the San Francisco Peaks, though it was on a lower level. The pool is small, but it was a great treat for my 7-year old nephew. The staff was excellent in every respect and there is a very good...

After a joyful visit to the Grand Canyon tired of walking almost 9 miles, Marisa at the front desk received us like royalty. She gave us oustanding dining recommendations as well as making sure everything was perfect in our room. The property is in good condition but their service is oustanding. I strongly recommend any travelers passing by to stay...

We stayed for two night in a 1 bedroom 2 room Suite(1 king, Sofa bed). The rooms are partially renovated, but the infrastructure seems to be dated. A musty smell emanated from the AC/ Heat unit. The suite is very roomy with fridge, micro, kitchen sink, coffee maker and a sofa bed in one room and a king size bed...
