Beautiful place with good restoration. Room was large with comfortable beds. Room heater was so loud we were forced to turn it off overnight. Discovered a $5 parking fee on my checkout bill. No mention of this in the reservation info. Seems better than past stays. The lobby bar and piano are still closed down.

If you are into old buildings, visit this one. And plan to spend several hours looking at the details. Spent a couple nights here, based on TA reviews, and came away more impressed than we thought we might! Room was clean, quiet and comfy. LOTS of food options, accommodating staff, and relaxing at good value. We had special requests that...

Made reservations for their Easter brunch. Arrived there to find the lobby full of people standing in line. Was a mad house. No staff helping with managing or advising customers, buffet tables wee a mess. Never again. Left after waiting 45 minutes .

This hotel is beautiful!! Originally a train station built in 1908 sends you back in time when you walk in. The architecture is amazing and retains a lot of its original artifacts(clocks, waiting benches, fountains and ceilings) Rooms are very clean and some have balconies that overlook an indoor atrium. There is a restaurant (Carmines) and a bar (Trax) located...

What a horrible experience. The establishment was poorly staffed and rude. The Food and Drink Director was surprisingly combative, non helpful, and repetitive. Easter Brunch was a  huge disappointment! . Our family of 13 had reservations for Easter brunch in the afternoon. We arrived on time and eager to eat. The hostess told us that they were running behind schedule....

We stayed here after a tour of the University of Scranton and couldn't have been more pleased! It's an old train station so the place is beautiful. Conveniently, there's a bar/restaurant in the hotel - the bartenders were friendly and the prices reasonable. The room was spacious and clean - we were very impressed with the room size. And they offer...

As Mother of the Bride, all I can say is "Thank you Radisson". Our room was superior and perfect. The venue was exceptional. Food, drinks and everything else surpassed my best vision for my daughter's wedding. Did I say "Thank you" Courtney and all involved? It was wonderful!

Great stay.. great food..staff was friendly.. rooms were very clean- conveniently located to all the city has to offer- I would recommend this hotel to any out of town guests that need lodging. It is an old train station. That has been converted to a hotel & it really was exciting learning about all of its history.
