Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for staying with us. I apologize that we fell short during some aspects of your stay. Please allow me to address them for you. I apologize for the damaged sheer. We have replaced the sheer since your stay. Your observation of the cleanliness of the glass is a service failure on our part and we have identified and issue with the dishwasher and since corrected this issue. The HVAC unit you noticed hanging from the ceiling is actually the new unit, which is being installed during our multimillion dollar renovation, to become a Marriott Hotel. Our bathroom layout will be changed during the renovation as well to maximize this space. Our room service will be available again when we re-brand as a Marriott, as we are currently renovating one kitchen and some of F&B areas on the first floor. In regards to the head of house person you are describing, we had 3 servers working the mornings you stayed at our hotel, and we have spoken with the team about your concern. Again I apologize for your experience during our conversion process and hope to welcome you back once we are converted back to a Marriott, for a different experience. Have a super-fantastic day ... Hotel was clean and bed was very comfortable and reasonably priced close to the Big E and MGM casino. Ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant which was excellent. the homemade hash was out of this world. Would chose this hotel again.

We had a good night here. Close to the casino and lots of parking. You have to pay to park which is the only down side. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The building is a little dated.
