You read the reviews and hear about the Innkeeper, Ann. I now understand why. She's been an Innkeeper for a long time and knows the perfect touches that make a difference. A complimentary bottle of wine, along with snacks and sodas in your room. A TV but not in the bedroom. Lovely furnishings. Decadent, filling breakfasts (think the best waffles...

We reserved the Orchid Room. It was to die for...the bathroom was as large as the room itself with a jet tub for two and a separate glass shower. It was very nice that the toilet was separate. The bed itself was okay...not incredibly comfortable and not uncomfortable...it's what you'd expect from a B&B. Downstairs was quaint and the exterior...

The Inn was a great place to stay during a few days away from the city. Ann was an incredible host, the suite was lovely (the bathroom was as big as our apartment back home!), the jacuzzi tub was welcome after some winter hiking/walking in the hills, and the breakfasts were top-notch.

We reserved the Autumn Suite for our weekend in Luray; when we checked in we were greeted by the manager, Ann Merrigan. She was very friendly and pleasant and gave us a tour of the house. The first floor is comprised of sitting rooms and dining rooms, and the guest rooms and her office are on the second floor. While...

A charming B&B but what sets it apart is the innkeeper and host, Ann. We arrived on Christmas Day to everything closed, but Ann made sure we were fed and taken care of. She's a charming, caring and attentive hostess, knowledgeable in what to do and where to go in the Luray area. Her hot cooked breakfasts were delicious! and...

Spent one night at the inn. Our hostess was friendly and a good conversationalist. Rooms were elegant. Large 4 poster bed, jacuzzi, small sitting room were more than expected. Lovely breakfast. Lovely location to explore the Luray and Shenandoah areas. Would recommend and return.

This classy Bed & Breakfast is one of the best we have stayed at. The gracious Innkeeper, Ann, makes you feel right at home with her superb cooking and great personality. The Inn is spotless and the little extra gifts around (wine, snacks) add to a warm and charming experience. If you are traveling through the beautiful Shenandoah Valley consider...

Anna wa our host and made us feel at home. We were in a very nice King room with a hot tub and access to the balconies. Breakfast was very good and we had a chance to get to know our host better as she made sure we had everything we wanted. A very nice place and a unique experience.
