The Inn of the Shenandoah is an elegantly remodeled Victorian home located in the heart of Luray. In typical European flair, antique glass windows elegantly adorn two mirroring dining and sitting rooms outfitted with beautiful crystal chandeliers. The Inn features three suites outfitted with jacuzzi tubs for two, with outdoor balconies, crystal chandeliers and king or queen beds. The Inn has a large back yard with gardens and is regularly used for special events and weddings. Guests may also choose to stay in the Cottage, directly behind the Inn, which houses two oversized suites with kitchenettes, Jacuzzi bathtubs, and private decks.

My wife and I stayed overnight in the Turret Suite - we were treated like royalty from the start. I had tricked my wife into thinking we were going camping at the local campsite but when we pulled into the driveway at the Inn of the Shenandoah her eyes were wide in amazement.

Stopped in Luray for a night on our way to Gatlinburg TN, and picked Inn of the Shenandoah based on reviews (and limited availability anywhere on short notice). We were only able to get a room at the ‘cottage” and I think we would have had a better experience in the main

Hello, Thanks for taking the time to post a review of your recent stay with us. We appreciate the opportunity to improve and adapt to each guest to make sure their stay is as enjoyable as possible. Rooms in the main house are definitely more popular and authentic to the Victorian Inn experience, but there are only three, and they tend to go quickly on the weekend, so we understand your disappointment. As for the breakfast, we definitely indulge guests on the weekend, but are always happy to cater to dietary needs & desires, and will often do a veggie or egg-white omelet for guests who want to eat a lighter and/or healthier breakfast. We hope that you will consider staying with us again and let us make it up to you. Just be sure to let us know ahead of time if you'd like a low-carb breakfast. Happy travels :)

I stayed here with my boyfriend as part of a quick weekend getaway to celebrate his 30th birthday. This is a lovely B&B in the heart of downtown - be sure to grab a meal at Moonshadow's on Main right next door while you're here. Lots of attention to detail here, from earplugs

We stayed in this lovely converted Victorian mansion for a weekend getaway and it fit the bill perfectly. The owners are so friendly, meeting us outside when we pulled up and offering us useful advice about everything going on in town that weekend. Rooms are spacious with a huge

My husband and I had a very peaceful stay. We could have been more pleased with space and breakfast was off the charts! We were right next door to the restaurant where we had made reservations ahead of time.
