Clean hotel, good price ($81) and good breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub. Friendly staff. Would have liked to have had more time to relax by the pool and enjoy the surroundings.

yes, the location is good but nothing else is good about this hotel, they charged me a full night for an early check out and the front desk agent was very rude. I do not recommend this hotel at all, bad experience and I will never come back

Convenient location near the entrance to Sequoia Park. Room was quite nice. We were in a king suite with a jacuzzi tub and the gas fireplace, which was a great way to warm up after a really cold day. Staff was really helpful. We came in late, after midnight, and the staff made an effort to check us in as...

We arrived at the hotel to find that our online reservations were not there. Christiane at the front desk was fabulous. She took excellent care of our needs and saved us money too... Rates were very reasonable, the rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Great location, close to Sequoia National Park.

Amanda was awesome!!! She had all the answers for my family as we were ready to ascend to the General Sherman tree. There was construction/wait to get up and she alerted us of this all. The room was very reasonable and we were upgraded to a suite as there seemed to be very few people in the building during the...

I stayed for a night in early January 2012 for $76.99. This was very reasonable for the clean, comfortably sized room and well-fitted (and generously towelled) ensuite which I was offered. I was greeted by a pleasant receptionist, who unpatronisingly imparted the usual check-in spiel and genuinely made me feel welcome. It is worth noting, I am a thin, pale...

This hotel is ideally located to visit the incredible Sequoia park: that's all positive I can say. The quality of the hotel is only acceptable and I was not so happy to be there. Rooms are old, air conditioning is incredibly noisy and so are the rooms. To have breakfast you have to fight for a table. If you can...

Close to the Park entrance, its about an hour away from the General Sherman. Lots of roadworks which were handled very well, a little wait but not enough to spoil the day. Beds clean and comfortable. Washing machine was very handy, breakfast was complimentary and a bit of a scrum but hey it was fine. Go with the flow. We...

If you are going to Sequoia and Kings national parks this is an excellent and affordable place to base yourself to explore the park. We stayed in August so the weather was still quite good. Clean rooms, friendly staff and a nice pool to relax in after a day of hiking. It will take you about half an hour to...
