The Comfort Inn is a reasonably priced option for staying near the Park. It's a little tired in some places, but it was clean, had a pool and hot tub and free breakfast. We had a lower floor room and there was some noise from the guests above walking around. The breakfast is better than average as it had eggs and...

Visited overnight before visiting Sequoia, stunning location, just past a large lake. Very quiet, facilities around such as Subway, Pizza Factory, petrol and grocery store. Staff were friendly and breakfast was very good - could do with increasing the seating though but that's a minor issue. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we were in the area.

Location is very convenient. An hour drive to see General Sherman. Room was very clean. Breakfast was average. Wifi was sporadic. They were running out of doughnuts by 7 am! Good place to stay to see the sequoias.

The proximity to Sequoia Park made this an ideal choice. The room was reasonably priced and clean. The staff was friendly and there was a good variety for breakfast but get there before 7:30 as it gets crowded quickly(sausage an eggs, make your own waffles and the traditional usuals). We would stay here again.

The Comfort Inn is conveniently located to Sequoia National Park. It's the only middle-of-the-road slightly newer (circa 1990s/early 2000s) lodging in the area. It was adequate for what I needed--a generally clean (but not spotless) place with a pool, parking, wifi, and a place to sleep. The room I stayed in was in the separate (newer?) building facing the inner...

We were walk ins, but they still gave us a good rate for the night. The location was ideal, and we slept well. We wanted to be close enough to the park to be able to visit it easily. There is a bus service that stops at the hotel that will take you up into the park, but we were...

Stayed here for three nights while exploring Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Friendly staff, good offerings for breakfast including waffles. Very clean and nice comfortable beds. Hotel has a very nice pool area as well. We arrived late and had not had time to eat, but the hotel has a small store with a limited amount of soft drinks,...

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel for business trip. Nice location close to Sequoia Park and Kings Valley. Close to restaurants and shops. Rooms are OK but nothing special. Free parking is included (big plus!). Free breakfast is a big mess, overcrowded and dirty tables etc. Better take your breakfast in one of the near restaurants.

If you can't manage to book accommodation within the Sequoia or Kings Canyon Parks, this is a good option. It's about an hour drive to the Sequoia entrance, and about an hour and a half from the Kings Canyon entrance (which I would say is close!). Theres a few restaurants around as well considering how quiet the area is (Pizza...
