Fall at the base of Sequoia National Park was my choice getaway following completion of a large project. It's a risk planning a high-country hike in November--but a risk worth taking: No crowds and fall ambiance. And as you read my other reviews--pet travels with me. He has special needs and all stays require a refrigerator. Sequoia Village Inn cabins... More

My husband and I recently ran away for the night, our room was very nice. Cabin style rooms offer a small kitchen with fresh coffee beans to grind for the morning coffee. Room was very clean, plenty of space. we also we had an private deck. We would definitely stay again. Just don't eat at the restaurant across the street... More

Clean, comfortable and right outside the entrance to Sequoia National Park. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We will return here the next time we are in the area. Felt just like home. We will certainly return to this place the next time we have a need in that area.

We stayed in this queen cottage with bedroom, kitchen and well presented bathroom. It had a lovely relaxing balcony and was quiet and private. I enjoyed the swimming pool and it was handy for the restaurant at the Gateway Inn over the road.

We spent two nights in the "Alta" cabin and found it a very pleasant stay. Kitchen would have be a decent facility to use, as it was well stocked, but we weren't wanting to stock up on groceries for two nights. The facility is located very close to the National Park entry. Power was out when we arrived, but management... More

Clean comfortable and right by the river. Staff friendly and helpful. Can't beat the location. Eat at the Pizza Factory down the road, great pizza! Place across the street owned by the same folks so am sure is good too.

We stayed in the 'Hummingbird' cottage for 2 nights. This little cottage was nestled in trees on the side of a hill and perfect for 2- with dishes, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and coffee beans(loved having coffee on our large balcony overlooking the pool) Our cottage was next to the pool area, it was very convenient for a quick swim... Came here just for the beds and to get a jump on the drive into Sequoia National Park the following morning. Air conditioning kept turning off/on during the night which was annoying. The kitchen area was small and the "breakfast" they give you is laughable. Had we actually wanted to check out the area, there seemed to be things to... More

I'm not sure why this place is listed under B&B because they don't provide breakfast. That being said, we enjoyed our stay there. We were in Eagle, 4 people. It was the only one available at time of booking for 4 people. One bedroom & trundle bed in sitting area. A little cramped. It's ok since we were with our... More

We did a week long Yosemite and Sequoia trip. It was the husband, teen daughter and me. Our Yosemite accommodations were straight from a horror movie (thanks groveland hotel) so we were very desperate for respite. Arrived at check in and were warmly greeted and given keys to cabin (aspen). Cabin was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well appointed. We did... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Sequoia Village Inn consists of 10 chalets and cabins that each sleep from 2 to 12 people. The Inn borders and is located at the entrance to Sequoia National Park. The Sequoia Village Inn's accommodations make short or long term stays at Sequoia unforgettable. 8 Of 10 of the chalets and cabins feature full kitchens and all 10 have at least a microwave, refrigerator, bbq, coffeemaker with fresh beans and a grinder. Some of our cabins are small and basic, others are spacious and upscale and with up to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each chalet or cabin features at least a 32" or larger HDTV with Dish satellite, all ESPN channels, and Sirius music channels. We have an exercise room for adults with a children's climbing dome, sandbox and play area immediately outside and in view. We also recently acquired additional riverfront property giving our guests multiple places to swim, fish, play, explore or relax on the Kaweah River. We believe in old fashioned, friendly customer service and are happy to help plan your trip to Sequoia National Park and the Three Rivers area including where to hike (and when), where to eat, what to see and how to get there. ... more   less
