Small ..... Electric went out and hot water was not working well while we were there. It was located close to Sequoia National Park. The camp host was very nice and the campground was clean. Not many restaurants in area and the ones we ate at were just ok. We were only there to see the sequoias.

This is a really pretty RV park with lots of trees and an great river. We were lucky to get two spots on the river, highly recommended. My family and friends stayed in their RVs and I stayed in my tent between the RV and the stream. We brought float tubes and would walk up stream to the swimming hole... More

We appreciate that you took time to post your review. We also believe that Sequoia RV Ranch is in a beautiful setting. We are glad you enjoyed rafting, fishing and enjoying the vistas. The new restroom/ showers should be completed soon which will alleviate the walk to the current facilities. We hope you visit again, perhaps in the spring or... More

We are usually "tent" campers and not RVers, but we brought our pop-tent trailer and thought this RV Ranch would work well as a home base since we knew we couldn't drive with our popup into Sequoia NP. We were very disappointed in the site. The website photos were misleading with lots of trees, shade, and lush ground cover. After... More

Thank you for taking time to post your review, and we are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. Due to the drought in California we have to selectively water certain areas of the campground. The staff are always willing to clean the restrooms if they are made aware of an issue. The water pump recently went out... More

We chose to stay at Sequoia RV Ranch, as it was close to Sequoia National Park. Reservation process was easy, and the web site made a point of giving good directions to the park. (Always appreciate any extra details on finding the park.) Check in location was easy to find, and check-in went fine. We had requested a pull thru,... More

Thank you for taking time off from your travels to post a review. We're glad you found the check-in and reservation process easy to follow. The water issue has since been remedied, it was unfortunate that our water pump went out and we were required to post signs to boil water. We are also happy to report that our new... More

We had a spot right on the river, #52 and it was fantastic. I spent a lot of time in the river in front of our RV but the swimming hole itself was a little nasty on the bottom. filled with dead leafs etc. The spot was level but the fire-pit had a lot of trash in it at arrival.... More

We appreciate you taking time to post a review. We are glad you enjoyed the river. The site should be clean upon your arrival and our staff would have gladly cleaned the fire pit had they known about it. Often, during the busy season there is an overlap in campers and the site cannot be attended to as we would... More

Fantastic campground near Sequoia NP. It is a windy drive to the park with 6000ft elevation gain. So, driving your trailer or RV is completely impractical. The facilities are well kept and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would return.

We appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your positive experience at Sequoia RV Ranch. The National Park has set a limit to the size of RV that can go up into the park, which is why we recommend the shuttle, which is relaxing and convenient. We are happy you found the facilities in good order and... More

I was disappointed after looking at the nice pictures on the web. The park is very dry and dusty, I wasn't told I had to boil my water ,I found out on the bathroom wall. The tree over hanging my rv in site #2 is crawling with ants. The swimming hole is nasty too. Ask a lot of questions!

I'm sorry your experience at Sequoia RV Ranch did not meet your expectations. The pictures do depict our park, but our summer months are warm and dry and you may not be aware that California is experiencing a drought and as a result we choose not to water to comply with the State mandate. Our well recently malfunctioned and we... More

Firstly 3 rivers is horrible, secondly the park is very "rustic". Do not expect to be surrounded by lovely leafy sequoias like we did. There are no facilities except a laundry and restrooms. There is a swimming hole but the warning sign of snakes is a little off putting particularly for us kiwis. Mozzies hit the park big time at... More

This place is very over priced for what you get. There are only a handful of 50 amp sites. This place is not exactly big rig friendly. Maneuvering requires well experienced drivers, especially if you have a toad or a dolly. Numerous sites do not have sewer. There is a dump station or they will come to your site but... More

Thank you for taking time to post a review. We checked with our manager on your situation and it appears that you were offered a larger site and chose to take a smaller, less expensive space. We do accommodate big rigs up to 45 feet. Not all sights are the same and we have many sites designed for larger rigs.... More

We spent four nights at the Sequoia RV Ranch in Three Rivers and enjoyed our visit. The check-in was easy and efficient. We had nice neighbors and a decent RV site and enjoyed watching and listening to all of the acorn woodpeckers.
