You should close this hotel and move to a different location with a newer building. We were sleeping in a king size bed which was very old and very uncomfortable. I heard other guests complaning about the beds. This is not the quality of LaQuintas we have experienced in other locations.

We booked the room at the last minute and was very pleased with the hotel. Rooms were clean and except for a non working fridge everything was fine. BTW the hotel staff worked to meet the needs of a non working fridge.

Everything was dirty. The floor had wads of hair scattered around. The bed had crumbs on it. The beds were definitely in need of replacement. The fitness center machines were filthy. The overall experience was bad. I think tweekers rent it out by the month. Definitely an apartment style hotel. The elevators smelled like urine or a dog kennel. The...

The rooms were clean, well appointed and roomy. The price pretty much matched the quality of service. No 'wow' factor here, but nothing to complain about either. The staff was very helpful in moving our 2 rooms closer together and on the ground floor.

As a Midwesterner, I think I'm a pretty practical person who doesn't have high aspirations of a mid-range hotel. I've also never filled out a review for a hotel (though this was really more of a motel). If the cleanliness would have been on par, I would have looked past the dated nature of the room itself. Instead, it smelled...

This was the worse stay in any motel that we have ever stayed in. The service was terrible and no one cared. The room was not what we wanted and the person at the front desk didn't care. She had to go up and steps to get to our room.

I have stayed at many LaQuinta's over the years and this by far is the most run down property I have stayed at. Bums walking the property, people fixing their cars in the lot, people doing drugs on the balcony....just to mention a bit of my dissatisfaction.

Each time we stay at this hotel over the years the cleanliness is worse. It appears that the carpets in the rooms have not been cleaned in years. Walking bare foot on the room carpet for 10 minutes your feet look like you walked in the dirt!

during our recent stay at the La Quinta inns Thousand Oaks we spent 90 percent of the time fighting and struggling to eliminate the terrible putrid canine waste smell that penetrated all the surrounding and interior of the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. and I personally will never stay there again. It was a very uncomfortable...

Due to dirty carpets and walkways to rooms, I have to say that this La Quinta is priced too high. Also, as soon as I walked into the room, I smelled food and sure enough the trash cans had food and trash left in them from the prior guests. I think that they should put all of the Pet Friendly...
