Beautiful historic building, friendly staff warm comfortable rooms. It's always a shame when parking is added as an additional cost when the hotel is already expensive. Breakfast worth getting once but ask for a deal.

Outstanding in every way, from the historic charm of our suite to the warm hospitality of the staff. A 3-day getaway locale that put us in the heart of Santa Fe plaza yet provided peace and quiet. You simply cannot beat the location and every customer touchpoint, from the parking garage attendant to the concierge to the front desk staff,...

We spent 4 nights at the La Fonda. Overall, it was a great experience. The hotel is ideally located for walking to all the restaurants, galleries, and museums in the Plaza area. The hotel is pretty old, but well-maintained. We enjoyed the bar, which has a good selection of wine and cocktails (and good live entertainment). The restaurant was also...

My husband and I feel fortunate that we chose this hotel for our 6-night getaway from the city life. From Check-in to Check-out, the staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was the king deluxe with fireplace and balcony and was very roomy. It also included a step-up sitting area with a desk which was handy for a day of...

My Wife and I returned to the La Fonda Hotel to celebrate our birthdays and continue to be amazed and delighted by the ambiance , comfort, warmth and personnel. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The bar and music draw locals as well as guests. The main restaurant, La Plazuela, is gorgeous, serving huge portions of delicious food. But,...

From the check-in desk staff relating the history of the lobby area, to the pinon log fire in the fireplace next to the dining room to the wonderful art in the rooms, there is no other place like La Fonda. The comfort and sense of history are palpable. I had not stayed here for several years, but was reminded of...

We stayed at La Fonda for 6 nights and their attention to detail was outstanding. As an older hotel, the space is unique with rooms and hallways tucked here and there. We were offered an upgrade upon checkin and our room was perfection. Roomy yet cozy, very very clean and special details like Keurig coffee, complimentary water and a refrigerator...

Had a wonderful stay at La Fonda over MLK weekend. The snowy setting was beautiful and I wish we'd had more than our one night stay, But we made the most of it by enjoying the wonderful restaurant cuisine, watching NFL playoffs in the lounge and drinking hot chocolate by our fireplace - could easily have had a wonderful vacation...

La Fonda has been recently updated and is extremely comfortable. It's location on the corner of the square makes it ideal for enjoying Santa Fe at it's best. We were there during the Christmas holidays and it was hopping. Many visitors and guests.

We stayed 2 night at the La Fonda just before Thanksgiving. The Hotel is a Dream. The first night we had a wonderful 2 bed Queen room overlooking the Loretto Chapel with its Miraculous Stairway. The room was wondrous, fluffy robes and wonderful deep bath and artful furnishings We were so taken with the ambience that we tried to extend...
