This place has real potential for an awesome destination, but unfortunately like other reviews have stated; this place truly believes in the bate and switch theory. The units you stay in are individually owned, and you might stay in one that resembles the pictures but you also might get one of the many that are cheap and dirty. The staff is unresponsive, and you get your keys for the room from a kiosk in where everything is automated. I called the 'front desk' the first day after noticing how dirty the unit was and how the kitchen utensils weren't washed. I was hoping to move units or get some kind of cleaning service out to the unit. My call went unreturned. I went down to the physical office the following day and was met with the response "it is what it is". The person seemed decent and said that he would email his 'manager', but we never heard anything about it. I left a low rating on their own survey system upon checkout, and was contacted by the general manager with disbelief. No resolution, but he did want to know where they fell short. Maybe after seeing this review and our decision to not return to the property in the future it will make sense. We paid $330 a night to stay here in the 2 bedroom units, and will probably just stay at an AirBNB or a higher rated hotel/resort in Santa Fe. Positive things; the pool was clean, the area/location was great, and the time that we went was very quiet.

We stayed in the deluxe 2 bedroom. It was very comfortable, clean and well stocked. We had plenty of dishes to eat in for several meals before needing to run the dishwasher. The staff at Fort Marcy were so welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond for us. Jasmine was always smiling and made us feel like we were friends. Ricardo the manager was so nice and gave us wonderful restaurant suggestions. We didn't rent a car, so the complimentary shuttle service was a life saver for us. I can't say enough for this hotel. A large number of the units are up a hill, I would suggest if you have any mobility issues you let them know before hand so they can put you in the right unit. I will be back!

I had a fantastic experience staying here. I had to extend my business trip stay in Santa Fe because of an illness, and this was such a comfortable and beautiful place to stay. The staff were very accommodating, allowing me an early check-in and a late check-out, and making arrangements for me to extend my stay without having to move units by rearranging other bookings. The laundry facilities were clean and had lots of working washers and dryers, and the front desk staff were able to provide quarters and detergent. The two-bedroom deluxe condo was very well-maintained, decorated in southwestern style, and included a full equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms upstairs, and two and a half baths. Everything was comfortable and clean. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained and very close to a local park, Fort Marcy Park, and a convenient walking distance to the Santa Fe town square and other tourist destinations.

We specifically asked for a room with a balcony or patio when we made our reservation. Two months later when we arrived at Fort Marcy, we forgot that we had made that request. We were given a room that faced the parking lot. All windows in the room faced public areas. We didn’t even feel comfortable leaving the blinds open! It would have been nice to have been able to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on a private balcony - which we originally requested and our request was ignored. To add insult to injury, when I asked if they recycle, I was told I could take my own recyclables down the hill to bins near the Post Office. The pool is only open from 9-5:30 and there’s no nearby restaurant/bar. Everywhere we went was a walk down a steep hill with sidewalks hit or miss. Return meant walking up that steep hill. Skip this place. If you want a relaxing and enjoyable vacation go somewhere else.

Been several times, always nice. Great location for Ski Santa fe on the same road that takes you straight to the ski area. We enjoyed the fireplace and the close location to Canyon Rd. where all the local art and restaurants are located.

I arrived last night and wanted to take a shower before dinner. While taking the shower, I saw something red on the shower floor tile. Thinking it was lint or something, I went to brush it off with my fingers only to realize it was blood — like bloody snot. And only then did I notice also long hair matted against the drain! Now I’m I freaking out and worried if I would contract something from touching someone else’s blood! And ironically there is a COVID checklist showing how well they cleaned!

Convenient location. Good customer service. My accommodations were only average for the money. Unit was clean and quiet but not well maintained, at least the bathroom. The sink was very slow to drain so I could not run the faucet more than just a trickle. The shower was barely usable. The pressure was so low that I could barely rinse my very fine hair. I can understand low water pressure in an older building but might suggest replacing the $9.99 showerhead to improve flow.

I have stayed at the Ft Marcy multiple times, the property is very nice and good location. My interaction and pricing for changing the dates were handled badly. The rate doubled and when I inquired there was nothing All Seasons could do. I spoke to Ethan Muller reservation manager and he mentioned his "revenue" manager were both unable to accommodate the request. All Seasons are more laser focused on the short term gain, than continuing to build customer loyalty and repeat business.

Looking for a last minute place when our plans changed, we were lucky there had been a cancellation at Fort Marcy Hotel Suites. The unit we stayed in was lovely and had a wonderful view of the mountains. It was nice to have a kitchen so we didn’t need to eat every meal out. Some of the units are up steep flights of outdoor stairs, so I would ask about location if traveling with anyone who would have trouble climbing the stairs.

BUYER BEWARE: This place engages in false advertising / bait-and-switch tactics which are, quite frankly, illegal under FTC laws. In fact, I have just now filed a BBB complaint and asked for our money back. We booked a "Standard Queen Suite with Patio" room on Hotels.com -- and there are a few strange/stressful things even with booking and check-in: (1) You have to pay a deposit, but then there is a second payment due before you arrive, without an easy way to tell if it went through or not. (2) They want you to check in at EXACTLY 4 pm. Not starting at 4 pm... no, they said show up at 4, and maybe they would still be there at 5 (but there is supposedly a self-check kiosk.) They also did not put a bottle of wine in our room, as was part of my deal through Hotels.com. When I went to ask about this, they pointed fingers at each other and made excuses, but it seems pretty apparent now that they were just being cheap and hoping I wouldn't notice or care... just like the fact that they did NOT give me the type of room that I booked and had already paid for. And that is where the big problem lies. I booked this place SPECIFICALLY because each standard unit comes with a patio (the bigger two-story units come with balcony instead.) And this is what exactly what was listed and described when I booked on Hotels.com. But it's not what they gave us. They gave us room 100- which is not even in any of their main buildings, but instead is a corner of their brick office building. Rooms 99 and 100 seem to have been custom-made for this bait-and-switch practice. They do not have patios. They have dark, dungeon-like interiors with views of the parking lot. When I raised this issue at the office (as soon as we saw the room, and that I had booked a room with a patio, they all looked at each other with nervous, guilty expressions... then offered me another $8 bottle of wine to make up for it. No, no that does not make up for it. Where shall I even drink that wine... on the couch in the dark living room? Depressing. (We had envisioned sipping our wine outside on a -- you guessed it -- patio.) Then they said "Oh, the listing should have said not ALL of our units have a patio. Maybe that was in the fine print." Well, it isn't, and the listing said no such thing. In fact, it SPECIFICALLY said it included a patio. And I would have looked at other places if truthful advertising had been used.
