We made the reservation at the last minute and didn't know much about this Hotel. Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and got us checked into our room fairly quick. Loic was very friendly and helpful. He arranged to upgrade our room to a suite in order to make my mom more comfortable. The office checked on us via...

The Lodge at Santa Fe has been a good place to stay while in Santa Fe, do take advantage of the free shuttle service, driver DANNY is a gold mine of information about local culture and is extremely nice .

The hotel is a 3 star. The views are great. Just minutes from downtown. The rooms are a little outdated but worth the stay. We were in a suite and the fireplace was the best. I would recommend for a great 3 star experience. The staff was great.

Traveling in the dead week between Christmas and the New Year has many advantages. The staff at The Lodge are extremely helpful, friendly and eager to serve. Breakfast included in the moderate room price included: hardboiled eggs, granola, yogurt, breads, muffins and waffles. The selection of teas: superb. Breakfast service was understaffed. New Years Eve included homemade cinnamon doughnuts, well...

We had stayed here approximately 4 years ago and had a nice stay. However, this hotel has seriously gone downhill since then. First, upon checking in, we were told that the hotel was now "going green," which meant that we would not have any housekeeping service during our stay. If we needed anything (e.g. towels, a hair dryer, etc.) we...

The reason we enjoyed The Lodge most, besides a well maintained, clean room and property, is the staff. They could not be more helpful and nice. The breakfast is great, and we always get a fireplace room in the winter. It is a quiet place and a short ride to downtown, but they offer a free shuttle, so no need...

Overall OK. Did not like the fact of no housekeeping or refills on room coffee. The place needs an update. Security doors don't lock behind you, essentially open access. Great shuttle service and friendly staff.

Last minute booking on an icy night so did not expect to have great hotel experience, but I was pleasantly surprised by the Lodge. I was enchanted by the southwestern style, which extended to the bathroom. Breakfast buffet in the dining room was good, but the view out the window was breathtaking! I wish we had more time to enjoy...

The staff at The Lodge were excellent! They advised me on local restaurants and entertainment. I needed copies of a document for work and they happily made copies for me. They also microwaved my left overs so that I could stay in and eat. All the staff was friendly, Tania Sena was especially helpful. The room was nice and comfortable....

The hotel and our room was very nice. The bathroom is small and the hotel is creeping up on needing some upgrades. The design of the room was beautiful. BUT and it's a big but for some of us that need either additional information or additional care.... the only way to the floor that we were staying on was STAIRS....
