Sometimes it’s the small things. No coffee stirs, no do not disturb sign in room, and although we saw someone at the pool with their dog the day we arrived, when we visited the pool waiting for it to open — we were simply sitting...More

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. A 4PM check-in is a pretty common practice in hospitality. Like most hotels, we are happy to give you an early check-in so long as we have a room ready for you. I...More
The rooms were lovely and comfortable. I loved the Native American art decor theme. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and our dog loved the treats in the packages left in our room. The location is convenient to Santa Fe shopping. We...More

Our experience since we just stayed there, was that we thought we were staying in the hotel, when we arrived to check in, we were sent to the rear of the hotel quarters . This is a separate unit for people with pets. The rooms were a bit small, tub was stained, our room was never cleaned for 3 days upon check out, and we felt the hallways could of used a fresh coat of paint and the rooms were just so so. Although, the photos were very nice listed on the web site of the inside rooms. You have to expect the rooms to have had previous pets there so the beds, the carpets , the flooring could of all used deep cleaning. The hotel is in a good location and the restaurant has good food but make sure you make a reservation for the window seats. :) I would rate the over all experience a 4. if no pet, and we could of stayed in the hotel itself, it probably would have been better. We never were told of the shuttle service either, didn't even know they had shuttle.
