I did book this on points. They gave us a handicap room. I am not handicapped. There are some pluses, super large open space bathroom. But then there is the height and size of the sink. Had a hard time finding some place to put more than one suitcase, didn't want to use counter top. Location was okay to me....

Thank you for letting us know about your stay. Though I am happy to hear is was nice, we really are striving to make each stay great and I apologize that your stay wasn’t quite there. I understand that accessible suites can be less than ideal when not requested. We do try to keep them available for those who request...

It is an old style Residence Inn with a large room and all the facilities you might need.It is a little out of town which is not that convenienet but workable. The front desk were little 'disinterested' and unfriendly and housekeeping might pay more attention to replacing items such as soap.Othereise an average a good place.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your stay with us. Clearly our staff was not on the top of their game during your stay. I take feedback like yours very seriously, as does the team. Our housekeeping supervisor wanted to pass on her sincere apology for the lack of attention. We are currently working with...

We stayed five nights at this hotel. The first night the mattresses on beds in our room were broken down and it was an uncomfortable night. I talked with the desk attendant the next morning and he arranged to get us a different room, which happened that afternoon and the beds were much better. The service was very good, rooms...

I am so glad to hear the team took good care of you during your stay. The entire team works to ensure any and every problem is resolved quickly and completely. The team member who helped you was excited to hear the rest of your stay was problem free. I want to apologize for the noise from the room above....

This hotel is simply amazing. We needed a place where to crash for the night before going ahead with our coast to coast road trip. First thing my wife said "pity we have to stay only for one night!". Once said that... the hotel was easy to find, it is almost at a cross road with a big bright sign....

After a long drive from Denver on August 22, 2016, we were glad to be at our hotel for the night. After check-in and getting our things to the room, we first went to the "mixer" in the lobby to get some dinner. After finding a plate of cheese and lemonade, we asked for a delivery menu, so we could...

I want to apologize again for the housekeeping issue when you checked in. I agree that it was unacceptable and should never have happen. Thank you and your husband for letting us know about the situation right away. Because of that, we were able to address it with the person responsible and take the necessary action. I really appreciate you...

On August 11th I set out on the road from Denver Colorado with my 2 daughters to take my oldest daughter to Tucson for college. We left Denver around 6 pm and drove through to Santa Fe New Mexico. We arrived into town around 11:45 pm and were exhausted. At this point it was no longer safe for us to...

First, I would like to apologize for the delay in responding to you after your stay. I was on vacation during your stay and when you tried to reach me by phone, also taking my daughter to college. The desk team should have let you know and my assistant manager should have been given your contact information and followed up...

A reliable choice in Santa Fe, much better than its Marriott counterpart Courtyard...we moved from The Courtyard after only one night - this place is quiet, clean and well appointed. Rooms have everything you need - well done.

Thanks for sharing your experience at Residence Inn Santa Fe. It sound like you were in town for an extended stay. Our large suites and full kitchens can make a big difference when here for more than a night or two. Thanks again and the entire Residence Inn Santa Fe team hopes to see you again soon.

Thought we were headed to a Marriott property but it is franchised. Front desk female had major bad attitude and it continued for our two nights there. Great location, great staff, quiet hotel. Central location close to whole foods, trader joes, and a 10 minute drive to the plaza. No evening social amenities other than coffee and cookies and not the same Residence Inn hospitality that we experience years ago but still a good value.
