This hotel is lovely!! One of the most unique hotels I’ve ever visited, and we loved everything. The staff could not have been any nicer, everyone was a pleasure!! As a bonvoy Marriott Titanium, I love a Marriott …and the room upgrade, late checkout and breakfast perk were really amazing! Great breakfast meal served in their beautiful dining room. The entire hotel is gorgeous! The bar is fantastic. We loved exploring the unique rooms with so much art and cozy fireplaces. So charming! They have great touches like a quick and reliable black SUV for transport (free within 2 miles), unique and yummy hot beverages out daily, plus coffee in the morning. Nespresso makers in room. I rarely write reviews, but this resort truly deserves accolades!!!

The location is nice, but the amenities aren’t up to par for the price. They won’t let groups gather in the bar, the restaurant is gross (half our order was wrong and the other half under cooked. They served my 9 year old uncooked macaroni), and this may seem petty but the tp is one ply. My family has been staying here for years and this is probably the last time.

We were driving across the country by car and scheduled rest stops along the way. This was one of those. Good news was that the location was convenient and it is an easy walk to the sights of old town Santa Fe. The holel is spread out over a relatively large area and therefore feels uncrowded. Bad news was that our room was a significant distance from where we were required to valet park our car. Accessing the car to put things away was time consuming and inconvenient. Not an ideal setup for motor travelers. Restaurant was mixed bag. The menu was unappealing and had irrational price points. Small glass of milk was $8.00 while a large plate of cut fruit was only slightly more. Bill was presented handwritten (broken computer) and therefore difficult to verify. Staff was generally cordial but one breakfast waiter cursed the small tip at a nearby table (close enough for us to hear). Room was okay but only had a single chair for comfort. Definite signs of aging in the bath and no readily accessible electrical outlets.…

My wife and I stayed at La Posada and had a wonderful time. This is really a one of a kind property and provides an authentic Santa Fe experience. The resort is right in the heart of downtown Santa Fe, steps away from all the shops and restaurants. Richard a bellman at the resort provided a top notch experience really going above and beyond, which made our stay outstanding. Evelyn at the front desk made check-in and check-out seamless and peaceful. Allen in the restaurant was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Also, I would highly recommend the old fashioned or northern lights drink from the bar. The red chile chorizo breakfast burrito was also delicious from the on-site restaurant.

Amazing place to stay! The atmosphere is very peaceful and laid back. The staff are absolutely amazing. We went to Julia's Restarant every night for three nights and Amanda, Karell, Brenda, Rosa and Angel went above and beyond. They were kind, warm, professional and knowledgeable. They made us feel like royalty. This restaurant is incredible and so easy accessible, being on site. Everyone was so welcoming of my dad, puppy and myself. I am grateful and will definitely be back-ESPECIALLY because of amazing and hard working staff.

We stayed at this hotel to watch the Eclipse and celebrate 34 years of marriage. We are Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite members so we are very familiar with Marriott's level of service. This hotel went above and beyond any of my expectations. Despite having a wedding, two conferences and a fully booked hotel all on the same weekend, the service was flawless. I typically have to request an upgrade and was pleasantly surprised to see they had already done so before I even checked in. The property is beautiful and the rooms well maintained despite the historic age of the property. Richard, who is a valet, went out of his way to accommodate our needs with a smile!

Had to change my room 2x (once during the night) in a 3 night stay. I even had a mouse in my bathroom and the window in my room was full of dead insects (see picture)....the gym although is quite new and well equipped.

Nice comfortable place/resort , friendly people, very helpful. Walking distance to all the important things in Santa Fe. We had a great time. The entire team starting from the manager, checkin people, concierge manager and his people were very friendly and helpful. They all made us feel great. The rooms were comfortable and the ambiance of the entire resort was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night saty there and would recommend to anyone who wants to have a great time in Santa Fe.

i was here on business for 3 nights. Its a gorgeous resort - lovely property, well maintained grounds. Check in was quick - the rooms were awesome. I was in a room near the pool. Lovely seating area out where i took many of my phone calls. Room was pretty spacious - had a wood burning fireplace as well. I dint use it. We stopped by the bar a couple of nights. The service is good - we would grab some drinks and go and sit in the library and talk business. This is a great resort to come visit on vacation. It serves the purpose for business but it is definitely better for relaxed vacations.

I recently spent a weekend at La Posada Santa Fe and had an amazing time with my family. The employees, first and foremost, are the very best part. They treat you like family, are friendly, and go out of their way to be helpful. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, having breakfast each day in the restaurant onsite, and the rooms are cozy. The grounds are beautiful and it's within walking distance of shopping.
