I went in to see if this was a hotel I wanted to stay in on a future trip. The staff at the desk was very pleasant. Non of the rooms were available to view, which was understand able in the morning hours. It looked inviting and clean in the lobby. The view walking out to the pool was most... More

It is really a great place and great location. Very nice breakfast, pool, lobby, rooms. Nice and quiet but so convenient to the heart of Santa Fe NM. There is not one single thing I would be able to say to improve!

I stayed at this hotel, with a tour group, over the Holiday. The hotel is located about 5 minutes from the Plaza. The room was very adequate and the lobby small but very inviting. My greatest complaint is that I waited 3 hours to gain access to my room, finally getting checked in after 5 pm. Many meals were served,... More

My wife and I stayed at the Hilton as part of a Santa Fe weekend of Galleries and good food. The Hilton staff was very welcoming and helpful at every turn. I really appreciated the in-lobby Concierge who was available to assist with directions and recommendations. We had breakfast in the restaurant and enjoyed good service and good food. We... More

Excellent choice. Twenty-two in our group and all were pleased with the service and the location. Very attractive outdoor entrance patio. Within walking distance of museums and many restaurants. Lobby the perfect size - just right.

Staff made us feel at home immediately. Rooms are beautifully appointed with extra large bathrooms. The location was fantastic and we were able to walk all over town. Wonderful pool. Staying at this Hilton truly enhanced our Santa Fe vacation.

This hotel was in the perfect location for the historic plaza. It was just 2 blocks over to the main street that goes up to the plaza. There were many shops and restaurants along the way. The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. We got lost trying to locate them and called the front desk. We finally... More

It is an inviting entrance, there are chairs outside with a gas fire pit coffee table. Spencer, who checked us in was nice, Seth, the bellman, was nice, and offered tips about the hotel, Santa Fe, and the altitude. The rooms (we had two) were nice (and connected which is what we requested). They were clean, my bed was comfortable.... More

This was my first time visiting Santa Fe, and I wanted a stellar experience. Being a Diamond member, I was predisposed towards the Santa Fe Historic Plaza. However, reviews citing problems with A/C in rooms and negative feedback on the Executive Lounge had me conflicted. Nonetheless, I decided to go with the Hilton. I can affirm that was a great... We booked our stay in Santa Fe Hilton at the Plaza last minute but booked for 3 nights. We checked in at 6:00 and unpacked, set the air at 68 and walked up to the plaza for the evening. We returned around 9:30 to a room still around 78 degrees. We thought the the air had frozen since we set... More

Dear Jayme K, I sincerely apologize that the first room you had had challenges with the air-conditioning. The day that you were with us one of the units supplying a few rooms had started to show signs that it needed repairs and we began working on it. We moved you to another room as soon as we knew your room... More
