Hotel was convenient to everything. Rooms were large but could use some updating. Checking in and out was quick. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. There was a restaurant on site. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

I am confused too. But, I assure you, that woman was not me. We stayed one night and just had some bugs and the front desk was not very friendly. That was all, otherwise, our stay was fine.

Some chairs are available, but apparently are on a first-come, first-served "chance." We saw lots of people sitting outside and many of them were smoking. We couldn't tolerate the smoke, so we stayed inside once we came back from supper.
