This hotel has a very good location in the heart of Santa Fe. It has a good price/benefit relationship taking in account that parking is free and the breakfast is included. The rooms are clean and spacious. Definitely will come back.

I was really looking forward to this hotel as a New Year's weekend escape. I was really pleasantly surprised by Lynn, who was covering the reception: super nice, attentive, and helpful. I was not thrilled about the accomodations. Access to our room was from the outside in 20 degree weather in the tradition of a motel, not a 4 star... More

Good value in downtown Santa Fe just 2.5 short blocks from the Plaza. Older moter hotel with large quiet rooms and very comfortable beds. Breakfast included. Sherry/Tea and cookies every afternoon in the lobby. Lots of repeat clientele. Good for individuals, couples, families, but not for the uber-hip. Del Charro, the hotel bar, is a favored watering hole of Santa... More

I traveled alone and choose this place by the reviews on trip advisor. It was perfect. The location, safety and price. And there were fireplaces in the rooms which I wasn't expecting. And they provide the wood! The price included breakfast buffet and it was awesome. Not too many rooms which was nice and there was always good parking. And... More

The Inn of the Governors is located near everything. Walking north to the square or south to the Farmers Market, it's an easy walk in either direction. The rooms are comfortable and having a fireplace in the winter definitely adds to the ambiance of your stay. The breakfast buffet included with your room (hard to beat that) is above average... An unsurpassed "value" selection for travelers seeking a high-quality, authentic Santa Fe experience. Superb location in the heart of Santa Fe, within easy walking distance of the Plaza, Inn of the Governors, Mission San Miguel, O'Keeffe Museum, New Mexico State Capitol and more. Warm and hospitable environs. Great Southwestern buffet breakfast included with room.

We've traveled to Santa Fe about 15 times over the years. This was our second stay (totaling 9 days) at this property in the last 2 years. The Inn of the Governors meets all of our criteria for an excellent hotel stay. First and foremost, the staff is among the warmest, most dedicated we've encountered on any of our travels,... More

My husband and I had a great time staying at the Inn . What a great central location- park your car and walk!.. My only caveat- be careful at night (sad to say but many homeless folks). Food at Inn was wonderful, a bargain for SF, and service was superb. We were upgraded and allowed to check in early, too:... More

This place amazed me. I was traveling alone for the first time since my husband passed away. Everyone was so nice. professional and helpful to me and everyone else I saw. They seemed to really care how your stay was. My room had a fireplace which they fixed daily so I just needed to light when staying in for the... More

This hotel was great. My coworker and I came for work, but were also able to explore Santa Fe at night since it was within walking distance of many museums and other historic sites. The breakfast was great and the restaurant was good and cheap for dinner, the staff (especially Ken, who was really helpful on a variety of occasions)... More
