We stayed in a deluxe room for 7 nights in August. The room and bed were very comfortable. The TV was large and easy to watch from both the bed and the sitting area. The decor was very much in keeping with the area and had a lot of very nice southwestern touches. The room was spacious, the bathroom less... More

Dear BJE_NL, I am delighted that you took the time to write such a thoughtful and balanced review of our hotel. Thank you. The owner, the staff, and I are committed to considering every way possible to improve our guests experience; there is no better way to do this than to learn first hand how we may do so. I... More

We chose this hotel after scrutinizing all the reviews and were delighted with our choice. Coming to Santa Fe we wanted to feel the flavor of the southwest and the Inn does it with quiet authenticity. We were upgraded to the governor's wing deluxe room and were thrilled with the added space and balcony for outside seating during our 5... More

We stayed here for three nights on our way through New Mexico in mid July. Although this could techincally be described as a "motel", don't let that scare you, this is not a motel 6 or anything like that so don't let the word throw you. Grounds: The facility is actually a series of buildings that surrounds a parking area... More

Stayed for 2 nights in August on a road trip. 2 blocks from the plaza and near to many restaurants. Smoth check in, free parking, free wireless. Room was clean, a bit smal but on the lower level so very claustrophobic with little natural light. If you can get a room with a balcony.

The latest multi-night stay in Santa Fe was at the Inn of the Governors, like all previous ones for the last 20++ years. Accommodations, Inn staff and convenient location make this THE place to stay. All previous stays have ranged between terrific and superb. We parked the car when we arrived at the Inn and walked to all the places... More

First let me say that I got a heck of a deal on a room on Priceline, which of course made me even happier with the hotel, but even if I'd had to pay full price, this would still have been a starred review except I'd have given it four and not five stars. It's centrally located downtown and just... More

We stayed at the Governor's Inn for an anniversary weekend. The staff was wonderful, and after they've learned that it was our anniversary each and every one of them congratulated us personally throughout our stay. It was this personal attention that made the Governor's Inn stand out from other hotels we stayed in, We were also upgraded to a deluxe... More

We came back for another visit to Santa Fe, and had to stay at the Inn. As nice as our previous visits. We recommend this place to our friends, and they have never been disappointed, nor have we. They just changed their Margarita recipe in their bar, Del Charro. Go check it out--great!

I snagged this hotel on priceline, and wow - what a deal!! I normally stay at an inn and suites place that always vaguely makes me worry about bed bugs . . . what a switch at the Inn of the Governors! Great customer service! Great breakfast! Great CLEAN rooms! AWESOME 5/5!! I can't wait to 'bid' again and I... More

I stayed overnight here and was impressed with the apparent investment in customer service and making sure that their customers are comfortable and equipped for a day out and about in Santa Fe. The room was in good condition and on-site parking was free (which was a nice surprise). The room was equipped with many customized "touches" like custom water... More
