This hotel is OK but we have a major concern about lack of courtesy and inefficiency. We checked in and the receptionist, as is usual, swiped our card. When we checked out 3 days later I checked with the receptionist that our bill was settled and there would be no further call on our card. This was confirmed. On checking...

This older hotel has free parking, a lively bar, nice cozy restaurant and is very convenient to the Plaza and old Santa Fe. Breakfast is a huge buffet with a Southwestern flair. Have stayed here 3 times and keep coming back for the convenience and friendly staff. If you are looking for trendy and modern this is not your hotel...

We chose this hotel because it was close to where we were going to eat that night (Joseph's Culinary Pub) and a very good choice it was. Although the rooms were small they were beautifully decorated with New Mexican art and had all the conveniences including my favorite Gilchrist and Soames toiletries. We had a complimentary drink at the bar...

We enjoyed our stay at Inn of the Governors, from which you can walk to many interesting attractions and good restaurants. Our room was clean; staff members were helpful. Breakfast was way above average!

Room clean. A little noisy at night with single pane glass on windows. Staff extremely friendly. Manager remembered my name the next day after talking at Sherry time. In house restaurant/bar suburb. Manager, front desk staff and especially Charolette(not sure her job but she was everywhere and always had a big smile and greeting. Parking tight but was always available....

Santa Fe is a wonderfully relaxing town and the Inn of the Governors contributed significantly to relaxation. The downtown portion of Santa Fe is like no other: it is small, quiet and loaded with interesting museums, fine restaurants, shops of artistic wonder and great people. The Inn was excellent for location, benefits and service. It is very convenient as we...

Booked at short notice but still got a great price on this central Santa Fe hotel. It's well situated, rooms are comfortable the hotel has a relaxed atmosphere. Buffet breakfast with a large choice of items is included in room rate but be warned the breakfast room gets VERY busy between 7 & 8.30am

We just love this hotel. Much to like: charming staff, great rooms with fireplaces-so welcome after a long drive, then walk down to the Del Charro restaurant for dinner. Next morning - their wonderful breakfast buffet...like none other...what a treat. There's a number of routes to Ariz...but we wouldn't think of not staying here on the way to or from!

Simply cannot tell you how much I enjoy and appreciate the Inn of the Governors. Entire staff is pleasant, helpful, and welcoming. Accommodations are consistently roomy, neat, clean, inviting, and comfortable....Some even have fireplaces...wood included. From the moment you enter the parking lot, consider that you're simply staying with family...without the "excitement" of doing so. Bonus Points for the New...

My sister and I stayed at the inn for three nights. Our experience started before we even arrived. After making my reservations, I was amazed at the level of customer service when I received a welcome letter with Santa Fe guide book in the mail. Then several days before our trip I received a phone call from the inn just...
