Quick and easy check in, front desk help were very personable. Welcome gift of Sherry and cookies was nice touch. Location was very convenient for downtown shopping. Breakfast was at the hotel restaurant, way better than what the chain hotels offer. Did not have time to use the pool but it looked very appealing.

Comfortable hotel, welcoming staff, furnished with attractive, traditional decor. The central location is a big plus: close to shops, restaurants and the Plaza. Charming pool. A good breakfast is provided free with the room and guests receive a $15/daily credit at the in-house restaurant. I have stayed here on three previous occasions and well do so again.

Stayed 3 nights in the main building on the 2nd floor. The option provides everything you need to use the fireplace with additional logs down the hall. Breakfast is included with enough options to choose from and the staff allowed us to substitute as we wanted. The location is great as most days we would walk up to the plaza which is only about 3 blocks away. My only negative was the parking and could be very nerve racking if you came back later at night plus the spaces are quite tight getting in and out. We had drinks at the bar/restaurant and service was great! Would definitely return next time in Santa Fe.

The accommodations are cozy with parking included in the rate. The rooms have fireplaces and wood is provided. The hotel is in a great location and close to everything. Actually the location couldn’t be better. They are strictly enforcing mask usage. It’s 5:38 pm and I see guests walking around with a snack tray and I ask the front desk about it, as they are stacked at the front desk. I was told they are for guests checking in only. So make sure you get one when you check in or you’re out of luck.
