I spent 4 days at Sunrise Springs in October 2018. Living in a bustling city I needed to get away and do some reflection. This was the perfect place. I was able to participate in as many activities as I wanted yoga, painting, hiking, cooking, and felt at peace taking time to

The spa keeps getting better and better. And the restaurant has lovely food. The grounds are so relaxing, it really is like a mini vacation to head to SS for the day and soak and have a nice meal. Love it here!

Just back from 5 nights at Sunrise Springs - though it's off season and the property and landscaping aren't as beautiful and green and lush as they must be during the summer, everything else was total A-Game. It was especially nice that the resort wasn't full - we had 1:1 time

You'll love it... the weather is great. Yes, we might get an afternoon shower as we did today but now it is beautiful blue sky with some big billowy clouds floating about... the air is fresh and the evening cools perfectly (remember, we're at 7,000 feet. Try the treatments at Ten Thousand Waves as well... and a meal at their restaurant, Izanami... but the best place for a soak is the private tubs at Sunrise. Enjoy. If I were just going for the day I would go to Ojo Caliente. Ojo has many more options for the day with many natural mineral hot springs and great massage options. And great food too. Sunrise springs does not have the hot springs.

How big is the pool? Can you do laps?
Pool is quite large and you can definitely do laps. It has lane markers and goes from 3 feet to 10 feet, if I remember correctly. No diving. Poolside towels, chairs amd hammocks a plenty.
