My husband and I have stayed here numerous times over many years, and even though we periodically try other lodging, we always head back to El Paradero. Sue, Paul and Wizard are great hosts. The atmosphere is very relaxed, the decor is beautiful, and the food is marvelous. We love the filling breakfast, scrumptious afternoon tea, and evening cookies. No... More

El Paradero is a traditional B&B with a Southwestern flair. It's a historic building in an excellent location, within walking distance to the Plaza. The common area in the B&B has everything you might need (board games, tea, coffee, TV, computer access, library, etc) and the rooms are comfortable. We (husband, small child, and I) stayed one night in a... More

I contribute very few reviews to Trip Advisor, but El Paradero deserves all the attention I can manage. My wife and I have stayed in El Paradero for over twenty years and have worked with three different owners, and the quality of the establishment has only continued to improve. At this point, we have probably stayed in most of the... More

This is the second time we've stayed at El Paradero. Can I say, it was even better than the first visit?! The inn is so lovely. I particularly love the decor and ambience...incredibly relaxing. The food is amazing! And I'm a New Orleanean. I know good food! The breakfasts were stellar, but I particularly enjoyed the chocolate torte for tea... More

We loved El Paradero! It was recommended by a friend, and were were delighted by our stay. The service was friendly and attentive, the room was cute, the breakfast was delicious, and the inn is well located (five block walk to the plaza). The neighborhood was quiet so we slept well, there is free parking in the back, and coffee/tea... More

There is beauty throughout this property, from the living room to the breakfast room to the garden patio. And - the people and the breakfasts were wonderful. Then - it's within walking distance of the best stuff in Santa Fe.

Completely amazing from check-in to check-out. The terrace for breakfast was relaxing and refreshing. The breakfast was delish! They were very welcoming to my mini dachshund Nefertiny. My room, King size bed was dreamy in every sense of the word. I would definitely return. The location can't be beat. We walked to everything, no need for a car.

This charming inn is a comfortable, convenient, and wonderful place to stay. The breakfasts every morning are something to look forward to, delicious and usually with a New Mexican flair. You must try the homemade granola because it is a treat in itself, even though the warm breakfast provided is more than ample. The staff tries very hard to meet... More

My husband and I stayed in the Ortiz Suite and found it to be roomy, well decorated and very comfortable. We appreciated the thoughtful extra touches like a coffee bar and small kitchenette. The location is excellent for walking to the plaza and all of the local attractions. The patio and quaint dining room were perfect places to enjoy the... More

This is the third time I have stayed at El Paradero. The last time was was many, many years ago. But had it in fond memory as a charming, friendly inn, that served fabulous breakfasts. So when a friend and I decided to spend time in Santa Fe,El Paradero was our obvious choice for lodging. The inn has changed hands... More
