This is the perfect place to stay while in Santa Fe. It is a short walk tot he RailYard District, the Plaza and close to Treader Joe's and Whole Foods. This is the third time that I have stayed here and have been moe than satisfied each time. The managers are helpful and courteous, and each of the three condo... More

My family lived in New Mexico many years ago and we come back as often as possible. We always stay here and have aways loved it every time! The units are lways clean, full kitchens, close to everything yet secluded. Always a pleasure to stay here!

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at Las Brias! 1st 2 times thru RCI - and now we booked on our own. Unit 18 was terrific in all aspects. The location is perfect - able to walk everywhere and Elizabeth in the office is very helpful. Quiet neighborhood location, feels like home, but better! After first day we called... More

This is the second time I have spent some time in Santa Fe during the summer and both times I have stayed at Las Brisas in #31. This house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a dining room and living room. One of the things I love best about this house is the patio both in front of the... More

I've had a time share week at Las Brisas for many years and wouldn't want to be anywhere else when I'm in Santa Fe. Ive rented other units as well during my "off time", and have never been disappointed. The location can't be beat. It's close to the cutting edge Art Scene at the Railroad Yard, has a wonderful restaurant... More

We are renting #27 for the week. It is a spacious 2 br/2 bath with lovely Santa Fe style. The location couldn't be better; walking distance to the plaza and a short drive to Museum Hill and great food stores. Free parking for our rental car and a newspaper at the front door every morning. I was very surprised to... More

Quiet, clean, nicely appointed, original art-work. An easy walk to the SF Plaza and art galleries in the canyon. Large flat-screen TV. A pleasant place where it is easy to just get your groceries from the near-by Whole Foods and eat at "home".

I have already contacted the manager regarding our stay. The condo unit we stayed in, #27, lacked any periodic maintenance and the unit is in dire need of a deep cleaning. The overstuffed furniture was tired and dirty. We spread a bed sheet over the couch before sitting on it. The 'cleaning person' has extra bulbs in the cupboards but... More

We stayed for a week in a 3-bedroom condo here, and were delighted with the beautifully updated and decorated condo (#31), its proximity to the downtown plaza of Santa Fe (a very direct route, and less than one mile) and the excellent management and upkeep of the complex. The complex is very attractive, fairly new but of traditional adobe style,... More

We stayed in apartment 30 which has many good points, no real bad points but several not-quite-there issues that prevent it fulfilling its potential. Overall, we did have a comfortable stay but with a few niggles that would be easy and relatively cheap to fix. Then my rating would go from good to past very good. Having said that, it... More
