Breakfasts were excellent on all three mornings. fresh cookies yummy and beautiful gardens. The owner of this and Hacienda Nicholas is a wonderful lady and takes care of everyone with a lot of help. The Madeline has a commitment to hospitality that is seen from the owner, to every staff member you come into contact with. The simple touches like like the cookies, to the breakfasts served every morning, make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. We had the Forsynthia suite, which is generously sized, with a fireplace and large bathroom....

I had the Ivy Room on the top floor, which was basically a little suite under the eaves. The house is old-fashioned and has a lot of retro charm. Access to the rooms is via the staircase (no elevator). My room was very quiet and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I appreciated their efforts to accommodate...

Fed and Put to Bed at the Madeleine As I pulled up to the Madeleine Inn, I knew this was going to be a relaxing stay and a pretty fun bed and breakfast review to do. The inn is on a quiet cul-de-sac in beautiful Santa Fe, New Mexico. Its sister inn, Hacienda Nicholas, sits just across the street. It...

Awesome stay in the Morning Glory room. It was spacious and quiet with a really comfortable bed. The staff here and at Hacienda Nicholas are great - always friendly and helpful and willing to make suggestions for places to eat and visit. If you are looking for a laid back friendly atmosphere with great breakfasts, this is the place. It...

Forget boring hotels and motels and move into this 19th century railroad baron's home. Perfectly situated on a short dead-end spur off Palace Ave, an easy walk to the Plaza. For our third visit to Santa Fe, the innkeeper and staff made us at home for three nights, with access to the kitchen as needed, homemade cookies and refreshments every...

Met friends here to celebrate our anniversary and this was our first visit to Santa Fe. We could not have chosen a better inn! Our suite was large and charming, earth friendly amenities and most importantly, the bed was very comfortable! Everyone we encountered was warm and friendly, intent on making our stay as wonderful as possible. And it was!...

Staying at the Madeleine was a delight. Staff members were gracious and helpful, breakfasts were wonderful, the room itself was clean, quiet, comfortable, and very attractive, and the location was perfect. Information provided, about Santa Fe and the surrounding area, was particularly useful and well presented. We would happily recommend The Madeleine, and would also happily return for another stay....

I am not a big “reviewer” or blogger, but sometimes life presents those rarest experiences of joy that compel me to contribute and tell nothing but the truth and simply gush about Madeline Inn and it’s mysterious, beautiful, former ballerina, and gracious host Carolyn. The food was delectable, I napped in the dappled sunlight in the wicker patio chair, and...

Wonderful experience! The place is beautiful and quaint! The breakfasts were completely delicious! the staff was warm, kind, friendly and gracious! I had a massage that was one of the best I've ever received in my life! the only downside was that the place was so great that I didn't want to leave it to go see the rest of...
