We chose this Inn for its location but we're very pleased with the accommodations. The room was small but comfortable; had a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The inn was quite and clean. Every afternoon homemade guacamole, chips and fresh baked cookies are put out for the guests. The Inn also provides a full complementary breakfast. A very good...

I hadn't been to Santa Fe in a while and I was really impressed with the quality and location of this hotel. We stayed in the newer part. It was lovely but if you have issues with stairs ask for a first floor room. Very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

This is my second time to stay at the Old Santa Fe Inn. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Close to shops and all the plaza activity including shopping with handmade jewelry and crafts from the Indians. Worth the trip every time. Love the bottle water and chocolates in the rooms and the breakfast is incredible.

I was going to contact management directly about some of the issues we had during our stay, but now I'm so angry that they lied on their response to the 1-star review left below, written 5-days ago, that I'm going to put it all out there in my review. Because of street construction, everyone arriving had trouble getting to the...

I have asked this reviewer to contact me directly so we might discuss this situation. I was not dishonest in my response to the previous one star review. I understand that this reviewer was frustrated by the City of Santa Fe's improvements of the intersection next to the Inn. So are we. We have called the City numerous times to...

We enjoyed our stay! Quiet and quaint, with a very gracous staff! The room was clean and the complementary breakfast was well above average. The walk to the plaza was no more than 10minutes. Absolutely superior value!

We absolutely loved this hotel and will stay there again. The location is perfect; the amenities are more than satisfactory; the breakfast food is delicious; the price was excellent; and the staff, particularly Joey at the front desk, was delightful and accommodating.

The Inn is right in the middle of Santa Fe, easy walking distance to downtown restaurants and sites. Full of Santa Fe architectural charm. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Construction of the outside areas made it a little tricky to walk around. But the rooms, the lobby and dining area were wonderful. Room was especially clean, very comfortable bed with...

Visited Santa Fe on a girls trip with four ladies. We requested two adjoining rooms with queen beds which was perfect. Could walk to the Plaza and Rail Yard. Excellent breakfast and late afternoon snacks. Super clean rooms with kiva gas fired fireplace.

My wife and I had to check out of the hotel after the first night. We were awaken by a diesel backhoe starting up and digging up the landscape just 10 feet from our door. The city also has a street reconstruction project going on in front of the hotel. I would wait until 2017 to stay here and I...

Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and please accept my apology for the inconvenience you experienced. The construction on our property is complete, resulting in 17 new comfortable and attractive suites. The street construction, which prior to your review we have not heard to be problematic, should be done soon, too. I will try to contact you personally...
